Very poor experience here. Tried to push me into putting $2,000 down before we even began talking about any negotiations with trades, which there would be no guarantee other than their word that I would get the money back if the deal went south. Right in the middle of the negotiations, the owner abruptly stopped the negotiations and sold the vehicle I was ready to buy once they have me a value on my trade, to someone else. Glad I didn’t give them the $2,000 if they aren’t even willing to follow through the negotiations to settle up on the deal in order to pay them the $2,000 they must have needed. I don’t pay someone before we come to an agreement - especially when there is no paperwork that states when and how I get my money back. Bad business. PS - By the way, I just saw your response to email you. What good is that going to do? You are posting as the owner. Mr. Cognac, the owner is the one that screwed me out of the vehicle. What are you going to do, go back and do the right and honorable thing and give me the opportunity to purchase the vehicle I was almost done dealing on. No. You are not. You are only trying to make it look like you care even the smallest bit. The owner, Mr. Cognac is the one that did it, and he was aware of what he was doing. So, I have absolutely no interest in emailing you to receive some type of lame excuse. Just do the right thing for once, and treat people fairly, unlike I was treated, and your reviews may get a little better. Today is the 28th. I emailed them and told them I responded to their response. Haven’t heard anything at all back interns of a response to the email or a telephone call. So, apparently they aren’t “very sorry.” The reason sales got a 5 star is because of Caleb Slagle, the salesperson. He was great - it was the owner that stopped the sale

The dealership made repairs to the vehicle before they asked me if I wanted it done. And then started to replace air conditioning lines in the rear of my vehicle. And they do didn’t need to be replaced. And to top that off my vehicle isn’t functioning properly mechanically, the air conditioner in the rear. And my back door won’t won’t function correctly.

Brandon Boyes went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I had a negative experience with Chevrolet's Roadside Assistance program and Brandon helped by dispatching a local tow company and repairing the vehicle in the same day. He included a few extra complimentary services to compensate for the unexpected delays with Chevy's Roadside Assistance program and GM's escalation process. He turned a very negative situation into a very positive situation that resulted in a positive outcome.
