Our 5 year old Mercedes SUV broke down at the McDonald s off Interstate 95. The dealership was absolutely terrific. The part needed was not in stock and... had to be ordered. The service people helped find a hotel that took dogs since we had our 4 year old retriever with us. They offered a loaner when one returned but we wanted to get to hotel so they arranged for Enterprise to pick us up and when repairs finished the next day took care of having rental picked up by Enterprise at the dealership. EVERYONE WAS JUST SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFULLY AND MADE the incident almost enjoyable.

I was provided a 2016 Mercedes E350 loaner with a full tank of gas while basic car service was done on my CLK 320. Mr.Justin... Harpe and his crew are rated by me five stars! !! Most importantly, Mr.Harpe explained in detail what services were needed and the final cost.In short,my overall service experience was outstanding.

I had an awful experience!!!!! I am very disappointed with the parts department at this dealership. I took my 05 E500 over to have a part ordered and the... parts department manager looked at the part and assured me that he will ordered the right part. on three different occasions I was told to come and pick up my part. Each time I drove 116 miles round trip only to find out the wrong part was ordered. This happen over a four week time period. The last time I discussed my dissatisfaction with the sales manager and she stated that she would look into the matter, she also stated that she will compensate me on the fuel that I wasted running up and down the road. She gave me a gas vouchers for $25.00 my vehicle uses premium gas and $25.00 is not much help. It is my advice that the personal department educate the staff of the parts department to be more knowledgeable about the parts of the vehicles you sale. Doing so will better serve the customer... I will post the outcome when completed.
This review is for the Mercedes service and sales. Many times I see people rating a dealership based on their experience in the sales dept. However, once... the sale is done, papers are signed you then are forever more handled by the service dept. So, here's my review which has to do with both. I was returning to my home state from a short trip from Florida. In the we hours of the morning my rear tire on my SL500 blew out. Since the spare isn't a full size with a speed rating of just 50mph and some 700 miles to go, I knew I needed to find a new tire. Being a Saturday I also knew I needed to get this done before 4pm. Otherwise I'd be stuck till Monday. After making well over a dozen calls I managed to reach Kristina Herman at Five Star, she tirelessly looked for a replacement tire in my size to get me home. I managed to drive some 100 miles to her dealership up I95 I pulled in and they had nothing, except she had an idea. Now, most reasonable dealers would make a few phone calls to tire shops and ask. Once they got the "Don't have it in stock but I can get it for Monday" talk they would go back to the customer and say sorry, there is nothing I can do. NOT Kristina, she had an idea remember? She searched each car at the dealer matching sizes, none matched. When I got to the dealer and Kristina was looking for ONE tire she discovered due to a alignment issue I needed TWO rear tires. Kristina talked with the Mercedes Sales Manager Teresa Semmler, Seems as luck would have it, Teresa owns the same car as I do just one year newer and had another set of tires and rims she was going to install on her SL but hadn't gotten the chance to. Teresa along with another co-worker drove to where she had her new tires and rims and I was going to purchase her current tires, which had less mileage than my current bad tires. HOW re leaved and over joyed was I? I was going to be getting back on the road and be home that day!!! Delighted and amazed on how much effort Kristina put in to making this happen. I was hit with another bombshell. Kristina told me that all I'd be paying for is the mount of the tires, Teresa GAVE me her tires! OMG, REALLY?!?!?!?! I don't know this person, I have never met these people to be given such care and to receive such charity. I was at a loss for words, the only words that was capable of coming out over and and over was "Thank you" The tech swapped out the tires and I was given the billI couldn't be happier to pay it. The sales reps I met and talked with were more than polite, the other people at the dealership were also nice and welcoming. I would gladly go back and buy a Mercedes from Teresa, just to say thank you to her again. Kristina is one of a kind. One to be cherished. Please remember something whenever reading a review, character isn't measured when everything is going right, it's measured when everything fails, it's whats done handling that failure determines the quality of a dealership.
