Stereotypical, unethical bad faith car salesman tactics.
Stereotypical, unethical bad faith car salesman tactics. Had a deal completely finalized, purchase price, trade-in value set, submitted credit applications (even though we were paying cash, they insisted on it), titles, etc., etc.. At the last minute, they tried to change both the price, the value they'd agreed to on the trade-in, and the terms of the whole deal. Just really almost laughably stereotypical. Do not believe the good reviews on this place. Total lack of ethics and people who back-out after giving their word.

We purchased a new 2024 Kia at the dealership in March.
We purchased a new 2024 Kia at the dealership in March. We just discovered last week that the washer fluid hoses were not hooked up properly (haven't needed the wipers until now), and fluid is shooting sideways. The car also hit 5,000 miles this week, so we called to schedule our first oil change and wiper repair. We paid for 6 oil changes when we purchased the car. The Service Department said the earliest they could get us in is JANUARY (3 months). They took our money, now will not provide an oil change, and will not fix a faulty part on a nearly new car under warranty that is a safety issue. They're selling services they cannot provide within a reasonable timeframe to cars that are under warranty, and not honoring prepaid oil changes.

I am a very experienced car buyer, have worked with
I am a very experienced car buyer, have worked with countless sales reps, and Alex Pernia is up there with the very best. I worked with Alex on an EV9 and had a stellar experience. We discussed details over the phone. The entire exchange was very transparent - I was upfront in giving him the numbers I was looking for, and he was honest in letting me know which levers he could pull and what was possible or not. When I met him in person on the day of my appointment, I got to see how genuine of a person he is. He didn't try to adjust the numbers we agreed on. He didn't try to upsell me on packages I didn't need. He executed the transaction honestly and efficiently. When the Finance office was taking too long to process my contract, Alex hustled to get my new car detailed, inspected, and every minor issue addressed. He did this on a day when the building's A/C wasn't working, and he was sweating but working happily to get me into my new car. I hope to buy every car from Alex.

Watch out buying a used car here they will lie about
Watch out buying a used car here they will lie about problems with the cars . And no matter what if you decide to buy a car used or new you will pay $1200.00 extra for “Cilijet” ceramic coating. Oh and they won’t tell you that until the very end of the buying process. That is all

Inspection checklist was pencil whipped.
Inspection checklist was pencil whipped. Air conditioner makes terrible noise. They checked it as good. It certainly is not good.

Stay away!
Stay away! They took three hours to do my paperwork for a new car when there were no other customers and I have excellent credit. They stated Lo Jack was mandatory and $1,500, when their own website says it is optional and can be removed. They misspelled my name and made an appointment to come to my house, then never showed up or called. But what really got me mad was a week later they emailed me a copy of the survey they said I filled out. It said the I agreed that the gas tank was full (it wasn’t, and I pointed it out to the sales guy who didn’t care), the car was prepared (I had to peel the protective film off of everything myself), and the functions were explained to me (he tried, but he didn’t know how to work the new car). And on the survey, my signature was FORGED on to it. I NEVER signed it, or even saw it before. So in short (I could go on), they are dishonest, lazy, and forgers. It’s too bad, because I like my new car, but every time I look at it I’m reminded of how dirty they did me.
