Their trade in value is extremely low on a vehicle that is well documented. They try to make big profits off of people that are not in the knowledge of what their vehicles are truly worth.

Will never return, was down right aweful! David and Brian being the worst! Held our car for 2 weeks to do a 5 min video for warranty to fix the transmission that's been messed up for 30k miles. They wouldn't take our calls to check and see when to pick it up then got hostile when we showed up with cops to pick up our vehicle saying he was about to send the video but now he won't and not to come back not that we would after everything they've put us through..

We bought a 2020 Nissan Murano from Central Nissan, and the experience was easy and pleasant - these are not words normally said when talking about buying a used car! Carl, our salesperson, was absolutely amazing; my wife said he was the best car salesman she has ever dealt with. The financing process was easy, the car was washed and filled with gas before it was delivered to us, and it was spotless inside. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our experience at Central Nissan! Thanks to everyone!

Bad experience from me. Hope you are more fortunate. The 2018 Nissan a rogue Sport I bought is kind of a lemon. Fan that cools the motor broke @ 26,000 miles. I had taken it in 4 times prior before they could figure out what was wrong. My car was under warranty & they would not furnish a car for me to drive while it was being repaired. Now @ 34,000 miles, car is having all kinds of electrical problems: back up camera, radio, clock, heater, etc. The ride is very bumpy. I would not recommend this vehicle or the dealership. Bad experience all the way around.
