Shane, the service person, was not helpful on service

Shane, the service person, was not helpful on service discounts. I asked about the price on the tire rotation and he quoted the regular price. However, I found the discounted price in a matter of minutes. He also never mentioned the discount on the oil/ filter service. The coffee maker did not operate well enough for anyone to use it without staff help. I heard one of those staff helpers saying that it had been malfunctioning for awhile. Unacceptable.

Had a very pleasant experience with Mckinnon Nissan. My salesman Chris Miller went above and beyond what is expected of a great salesman. Very kind and and understanding. Highly recommend him to my friends and family. Traci in the finance department was also very understanding and worked as quickly as possible to make it a pleasant experience. David was also very kind and willing to help you get the best deal. Enjoyed the experience very much. Keep up the good work.

My Pathfinder had a recall.

My Pathfinder had a recall. I’ve never been to this dealership, but when I called, they quickly took my information and set up an appointment for the following week. When I arrived, they got my vehicle in and out of there super fast. I barely had time to walk the lot looking for a potential upgrade! The gentlemen was friendly and I have no complaints.

I've gone to McKinnon Nissan for several years, now, and

I've gone to McKinnon Nissan for several years, now, and they always do excellent work. They have always fixed every issue that I bring in, as well as giving me notice of upcoming issues in plenty of time for me to plan for fixing them, as well. They do all of this with a very friendly attitude.

I had a car accident on February 16, 2024.

I had a car accident on February 16, 2024. My car has been to 3 shops (including McKinnon Nissan in Clanton Al) over the past month. I picked up my car from the other auto repair shop today only to find that they had left 2 of the fluid reservoir caps off. I was so aggravated because I have been without my car for over a month. I called McKinnon at 5:30 pm (they close at 6:00 pm) and they told me to come by. The 3 people that happened to still be there, I didn’t catch their names, went out of their way to make sure they fixed the issue (even though they were not the ones who made the error). McKinnon’s Customer service is really UNMATCHED! I do, and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!
