We're glad to hear about your experience at Valdosta Nissan. Enjoy the new wheels!
I had a disturbing experience at Valdosta Nissan.
I had a disturbing experience at Valdosta Nissan. On May 26th, my family came in to help my veteran father purchase a vehicle, but I (a disabled veteran with no income) was separated from my family and pressured into signing as the sole buyer. I was rushed through a digital contract that showed the price as over $11,000 higher than advertised ($42,280 on their website, $53,000 on the contract…that I couldn’t even see until after signing), and I was denied a paper copy despite asking. The Monroney (sticker) was not provided, the odometer reading was misrepresented, and the dealership refused to engage with Capital One (the lender), even after they agreed to rescind the loan due to the questionable nature of the deal. Most alarming: while preparing the truck for return, I found a fully loaded firearm magazine under the passenger seat. I immediately turned it over to the local police (Tifton), who took a report and notified the department in Valdosta. This was not just poor service — it involved deceptive practices, price manipulation, and a major safety oversight. Until this is addressed, I strongly advise others to stay away.

Price transparency, not providing contract before asking for signatures, outright refusal to speak to loans department (who stated they have reached out to you).
Bought a New Sentra SR.
Bought a New Sentra SR. All personnel involved in transaction were courteous helpfull and knowledgeable. They earned their money with me (every question that I challenge them with was answered with a proper response and as the results I walked out the door with a new car, a happy customer). You could be a Happy Customer too - stop by Valdosta Nissan check out all the new cars and the used cars, one of them, surely for you.

I think u need to be shut down bad sales service and poor management
This the absolute worst place to purchase a car and
This the absolute worst place to purchase a car and definitely the absolute place to get your car serviced. When you purchase a car one price will be listed on the window but once all the paperwork is done, the price is jacked up a whole lot more. Not due to the fees but because they changed the actual price of the car. DO NOT TRUST THE SALES MANAGER! In addition, the service department is a joke! They have no clue what's going on and don't even complete all the service you asked for on your car. The manager, Charles, is the real joke. Where did Nissan find him at? He is lazy and incompetent. I will be selling my car soon and not ever buying another Nissan simply because I don't want to have to deal with Nissan Valdosta. Beware and purchase your car from somewhere else! If I could have given zero stars I would have!

I bought a vehicle from sales associate Glen.
I bought a vehicle from sales associate Glen. He was very pleasant and personable. I love that he was a man of faith and that truly showed in his humble personality. I will say I haven’t had the best experience with the service department. They are not very pleasant and tried to charge me to look some of my concern after only buying the vehicle a couple months ago. They draw you in with free oil changes for life and the prices of the other routine maintenance are pricier than other service centers, must be trying to compensate for the free of charge services.

I would not trust the used car manager nor the finance
I would not trust the used car manager nor the finance manager. I had seen this listed for the below Silverado at their location. I got a call from Ms Nicky regarding my inquiry. I called her on Friday morning 03/15/2024 @ 10:30 AM. I stated to her because of the price listed on the website that it was $27650.00. I stated to Ms Nickey, would you take $26500 out the door tags, title, and taxes included. I also stated I was pre-qualified for financing at a certain percentage. She stated I will call you back, within 20 mins I received a call back stating that they would do the $26500 out the door and I reiterated that was tag, title, taxes, and doc fees. She stated that was correct. I drove from Bainbridge to Valdosta and was there at 4:00 PM. I was working with a different sales person since Ms Nicky was not available. After the test drive, the gentleman grab the folder. I stated I worked it out for $26500.00 out the door and he stated that is what was listed on the folder and Ms Nicky and another manager signed off on it. However, when it went over to finance, the gentleman came over and stated the car is worth $29761.00, with Taxes came to $32,361.00 and with down payment came to $26651.00. Also they didn't use my Pre-Qualified terms and percentage rate they ran with their own lenders. They charged a higher tax rate than the Ford Dealership and their doc fees were higher. They stated they didn't know what the price was and I stated I had brought all of the information along with my Pre-Qualified Approval and they still would not honor my price that I had. The Used Car Manager stated I put the price on there but it was not $27761. It was on there for $29761. I stated no to look at the printed pages I brought with. They were not going to honor the price and they stated well you get the 3 year 36000 mile warranty. I was like no one asked me if I wanted it, they just assumed and added it into the price. They didn't ask me if I wanted free oil changes for life, they assumed I wanted it. I live in Bainbridge and that would not benefit me and I do my own oil changes. This was a total scam they pulled here and I would not trust the Finance Manager nor the Used Car Manager as far as I could throw them as they a liar and scammers. I am not doing this to get the business of the truck, I am putting this out there as a caution to everyone that they will scam you. They can keep the truck because that truck is not worth that type of money.

I purchase a 75000.
I purchase a 75000.00 used truck. The purchase experience was initially good. The truck was delivered at my home approximately 100 miles away from the dealership as agreed because of my being in a wheelchair. I paid an average price for a near perfect vehicle. That's as far as the sale went. The salesman came to my home we signed the paperwork and he picked up my trade. That's when he cheated me. Whoever has heard of a vehicle in that price range with only one key? I didn't mistrust the salesman concerning something so petty! When he left my home I told him his keys 2ea were on my keyboard by the door that he was headed out of. When he left he said he was going to leave my keys there. He did but only one key! The next morning I discovered they had shorted me a key. I called the salesman and asked for the second key because I thought the shortage was an oversight. The salesman then told me that only one came with the vehicle. I told him that was unacceptable and a poor practice on his part, especially, as it was executed. I told him I wanted to speak to his sales manager. The sales manager called a couple of days later. I was told by him that I was correct. He promised that the dealership was sending an insurance policy that was promised with the vehicle and with it I could get a key. I know now this entire process was to ensure that I didn't demand a refund under the law. The sales manager didn't do anything he promised. The dealership never provided an insurance policy on the mechanics of the vehicle as promised with the purchase, and I never received a key. In addition to that I called twice and the dealership has made every excuse imaginable as to why the sales manager cannot answer my calls. I have left messages and no return call.
