Had gotten so frustrated... but he was excellent and explained everything 'marvellously'! Actually, the cust serv dept has always been top notch..to me!! The Service Department at Jacksonville Honda is top-notch. Honda makes it very easy to schedule an appointment (either on line or by phone). The service... department (I dealt with Ben Allred, service representative) and the technician Wil Hickey performed the maintenance. The staff was professional, courteous and a great representation of the company they represent. I love my Honda Accord. It is a great vehicle.
The Lejeune Motor Company team was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure I walked away happy. There was no high pressure sale pitch, they actually... listend to what I wanted and worked with me. The showroom was comfortable and everyone was eager to help. Thank you Miranda, Bryan, and Chris.

All employees at Lejeune Honda were very professional and were not pushy for my family to purchase our car. We had fantastic service from the second we... walked in the door and all efforts of the staff were to ensure we had a great overall experience.
Shopped around last summer, but decided to keep our pilot for a while longer. After visiting numerous dealers in Jacksonville and Wilmington, the staff... at Lejeune were most impressive. We returned when it was time to replace our pilot (13 years, 251000 miles no problems) with a CRV. Compliments to Keisha, Leslie, & Chris. We'll refer others to you.

I had a fairly complicated sale and this dealership was not only helpful but graceful and kind to me and my family. We got the first choice car we wanted... at a fair price.
Purchased CRV at the end of July 2015 have not purchased new vehicle in 15 years so I was excited. everything was fine until we went to finance the car.... We purchased many of the extra warranties because we thought we should and they made it sound so inexpensive since it was all just added to the monthly bill within days we realized that we did not really want them and expressed our desire to have them cancelled.. We have been back and forth now for six and a half months and they are still not cancelled. They took our money just fine but trying to get it back is insane!. I have been paying my car payment every month and being charged for something I have been trying to cancel for months. I don't like being charged interest on something I don't want. If you buy anything from them just know what you want and don't want on the car because if you change your mind you will be waiting a long time to have the problem solved. I would never buy from them again. Its a shame because if it would have been a good experience I would have gone back since I am now looking for a car for my grand daughter.

His attention to detail in explaining... everything and making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted was professional and friendly. I will trust him with our family's needs in the future.
