Best time getting a new car

Christina was great to work with. Went way beyond what she had to. And the other salesmen were very nice. Christina rated a 10 ++++ from us.

Poor communication, not timely.

Poor communication, not timely. They forgot to come pick up vehicle so had to change appt. Have called with questions as to what they did and no return phone call.

Check in and check out we’re both very efficient

Check in and check out we’re both very efficient processes. Candace was an excellent service consultant and explained the maintenance recommendations thoroughly. My car was nicely washed and cleaned when returned to me. Candace was sensitive to my time needs

They sold me a car with a blown head gasket that was

They sold me a car with a blown head gasket that was four weeks ago. They’ve had my car for over three weeks and I can’t get through to anybody there to figure out what’s going on. No answers would not recommend to anyone. Everybody you talk to you states they have nothing to do with it. And the guy who sells you the car absolutely won’t email you back or take any phone calls. I will never return here.

Charles Romulus was very, very knowledgable and

Charles Romulus was very, very knowledgable and represented the Infiniti brand very well. He displayed a high level of care for me as the customer and pride for the brand. His customer sales service was exceptional and worthy of the Infiniti name. My only criticism is the financial process was very slow as they were transitioning a new online technology loan process system and finance officer.
