Update: After I posted my original review with a 1 star, someone from Bert Ogden Infiniti posted on Google Review that the General Manager would call me... to resolve the issue. That was two weeks ago. I never received a call, nor has the issue been resolved. Just one disappointment after another. They already have my money, so why do they need to fix the issue? I will be sure to now never recommend Bert Ogden Infiniti. Original Post in Google Review: VERY DISAPPOINTED! About a week ago, I decided to trade in my car of over 20 years to get a new vehicle. After jumping between their Nissan Dealership and the Infiniti Dealership, I was convinced to put my money into a used 2017 Infiniti QX50. During the initial test run, I was split between the QX70 and the QX50. I asked the salesman what the difference between the two was. He explained a list of features that weren't offered in the QX50 and I understood. I asked, "Does this car have bluetooth connection?" He responded yes. I took the vehicle home and found out that it is phone calls ONLY for android phones, not for streaming audio. Now, I understand it's a small trivial thing, but in this day and age, you would expect the car to stream audio, especially for as much as I paid for this vehicle. I went back today to complain about the issue (no bluetooth for audio streaming, usb doesn't recognize android, and no AUX cable port) and was told that it was ME who didn't ask the right question. I explained that I wasn't happy and that we should discuss moving me into a vehicle that does. I was told I had to TRADE IN THE CAR that I just bought 7 days ago to upgrade. I spoke to the manager and was told there was nothing they could do and that I could go to DTronics and buy a streaming stick for my car. So I would have to invest more into this car, when I could have been told the real answer from the very beginning? I'm extremely disappointed in the way this was handled and will think twice before sending anyone here.
The staff was amazing, and I love Infiniti. I currently I currently have a ‘96 and a 2019. I love that they have such longevity. The buying process was... very streamlined, and l am very pleased with my purchase.
