I paid $2100 to have my car repaired and the car continues to do exactly what it was doing before it was supposedly repaired. When I called to complain I was asked if I wanted to get a quote for the trade in value of my car or I can come in for a new diagnostic test ($150) to see what’s going on. No remedy. No offer to fix what apparently was wrong in the beginning. No warranty on what was previously done. Just a scheme to get more money! I will never patronize them again!!

Customer service sucks
Bought a car that had an issues 2 weeks from purchase dropped the car to have it fixed October 20th here it’s is December 1st an none one has contact us about what’s going on. We have to call an look for ppl to get answers on a car we’re paying for! Please just take your money somewhere else and stay away from these ppl.

Dishonest Billing Practices
Dishonest GM service department manager. Charged for job and hours not done. Unethical and doesn't understand it's not right to charge for labor hours not worked. Stay away from them. Overcharged to the max!

Body shop is a nightmare
In regards to the collision center/ body shop. Took over 3 months “waiting on a part” to get my car back. Tara told us they had all the parts and only had to put it back together, then a few days later said didn’t have all the parts and fired person putting it back together. Little to no communication about status of the car. Had to go out on my own and call another dealerships body shop and find the part to bring it to them. They also had my information on my car under a completely different customers name & one time when called they seemed confused and asked if they still had my car in the shop. They had no idea what was going on. So unprofessional and a complete nightmare.

Inflated prices
A bunch of robbers. They will take you too the cleaners on your purchase price and trade inn. I would not send an enemy to them. Traveled 1 1/2 hrs to be shafted

They tried to bill her for close to $1900.00 for xxxxxxxx repairs needed. That’s bad enough but they sabotaged her car to make caution lights come on. STAY AWAY especially if you are female! Check my Facebook for xxxxxxxx estimates. I have a copy of everything.
