Kyle and Chuck are absolutely tremendous. I broke my foot so they got me what I needed and took care of everything over the phone. Especially since I live 50 minutes away. Great dealership!! Would highly recommend

Awesome Dealership! They are "just that easy". They went above and beyond to get us the Bronco my wife wanted. Nick Pinardo is awesome and by far the best I have ever delt with. He has a great personality and was very easy to talk to. I have bought a ton of cars in my life and this whole experience was the best ever. The whole process was "just that easy!"

I attempted to purchase a used F-150 from Elyria Ford, and the experience was disappointing. The general manager, Chuck Sturgill, was consistently unprofessional and carried an unwarranted attitude every time we spoke. I even reached out to the GM dealer they own to politely ask for the owner, hoping to address the issue while still trying to buy the vehicle. No one ever called me back. Overall, a poor experience. 👎👎👎

I came back after leasing from a Jeep dealer. Everyone at Abraham is very professional and helpful. As my dealings with the Jeep dealer was terrible. Scott was the sales rep. and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable.
