Don't buy just loose your money and time You got service before sing anything but after you are nothing there i tell you cuz just loose my money and time and when i go there no body care for the broke truck he salen in the first day

I am so fortunate to have stumbled upon this dealership. What a gem! I'm now on my 7th car from them in five years. The owner Paul Newman is amazing, When you find an unbelievable deal you just want to share it, thus the 7 cars. I will be buying autos from him for ever, no matter where I move to I will always travel the distance to do business with Auto Mart of Dallas. Thanks Paul Newman for doing business above an beyond the call.

I got a car there 2 years ago. After a year of upkeep it threw a rod. Went back and they helped me get into an accord promising it would last longer than the first... It didn't.

I read all the negative reviews and was hesitant to go to the dealership but I am actually glad I did go. Yes they are a tad unorganized but owner and Henry were very nice and understood my situation and we all were up front and honest about everything, I know I am buying a USED car so yeah there will be issues. I feel like if its an issue that I cannot fix cheaply myself that they will be there to help me when I need it, Everyone on here expects cars to be 100% perfect but they are USED cars...CarFax and other reports like that arent going to show all the issues with the cars unless previous owners filed claims on issues. So far so good with these guys and they make it quick and easy!! and NO i do not work there and i dont know anyone who works there since apparently everyone thinks positive reviews are from workers and their families....

If you buy from here expect to sink money into what you buy If you were to choose to come back because sometimes stupid Is as stupid does expect to not see them jump through hoops for you Your interest rates will stink go to a big dealer they will do better All in all one and done never again

The people who run this place are the worst used dealership service I've ever been to. The sales guys are pushy, have bad attitude, and take things personal. The dealership looks more like a junk lot than a dealership. The cars are cleaned only on the outside, but the inside are all collecting dirt and smell. These people want you to just go in there, pick a car, take your money, and drive out the lot. Since they couldn't sell me the car i wanted (they even changed the price) they started getting rude and kicked me off the lot. Thank goodness they saved me from spending my money on their trash. I don't think this place even deserves 1 Star rating! By the way, I've bought 2 excellent USED luxury vehicles in the last 4 years from As-Is dealerships with the only wear and tear being minimal dings and dents. Save your time and money and avoid this place! Wish I had the previous reviews before driving out there.

They sold us a van we liked, after getting the financials down they said we owed $500 cash down. We paid $250 up front then $250 on the agreed date. We waited the usual 30 days for plates and had not received them. Called the lot they said no problem that had the plates and would send them. After 6 weeks of calls and promises, no plates. Called again we were then told we couldn't get the plates until we paid an additional $500 down. I argued with him and again said they would be sent out. A week later no plates. At this point I will file the plates as stolen, file a complaint with the tx dot and talk to an attorney about extortion charges.

Do not come here to buy a car, they will simply kick you out for no reason! We parked on their lot to view their cars and the African American male told us to get out and started mumbling things and gave us an ugly look as we got in our car! Very rude! Good thing we didn't see cars here because I found a better car for an excellent price somewhere far away from this place!
