Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

We have bought many, many cars over the years, one with cash even, no trade in at a different dealership. That was a pain. But this last truck we bought at Westlie Ford was actually a fantastic experience. They gave us a very fair deal on our trade in. They didn’t jack the price up on the one we bought, and we got a fantastic interest rate. And to top it off there was a minor matter with the truck we did not notice when we drove off the lot. Surprise, they fixed it. I would highly recommend this dealership and their staff.

Think twice before bring your car to Westlie Ford for service. Lied to me about the repairs to my brakes and after almost wrecking my car refused to refund my money do to "new ownership".

Thanks to Marie Houck for her diagnosing expertise

Great job. Will continue to use Westlie Ford. Thanks to Marie Houck for her diagnosing expertise and professional ability. Work preformed was excellent and truly five stars.

In violation and charging fraudulent licensing fee

They told my headband and I that Oregon mandates they charge $600 for licensing fees even tho we live in Oregon. We reported them to the dealership investigators. They’re in violation and should have never charged those fees. They lied to our face repeatedly and treated us poorly when we asked questions about the fees. They also tried to charge more for the truck after we agreed with on a price. Thank god we had it in writing. These people are dishonest. Every single one of them from sales to financing.

Westlie has definitely gone down hill since the new ownership. We have purchased two new vehicles from Westlie in the past 1.5 years. I just got a call from the dealership to try and schedule an oil change, the gal was extremely rude and hung up on me when I said I was having oil changes done closer to my home. I am in the market for a new car and Westlie will not get my business. Very disappointing

Purchased a new 2020 Escape. We had a good idea what we were looking for, but had not seen one in person or test driven. Trevor answered questions on-line and was all prepared for us when we arrived for the test drive - very knowledgeable, friendly, answered all questions, and no pressure. Gave us plenty of time for the test drive. Clear and upfront about pricing and trade-in value process.

Brought my 2001 F-150 Lightning in for a Tune-Up, walked out the door after 8 spark plugs, a fuel filter, PCV valve, injector service and oil and filter change with a bill of over $1,200.00! Marie said she cut the normal rates to get it that low, but it sure made this 72 year old Vet feel like he’d been taken advantage of.

Bad service, beware

Really bad experience with Mario and the service department. Take a look at the picture of my seats, this is a Lariat package. I have less than 4000 miles and the seats started looking stretched and too much material after about a week from driving it off the lot. I'm trying to get West Lie Ford to stand by their product and advocate for me back to the Ford motor company. Today Mario told me to take the car to a different dealership. He has stated there is nothing they can do and my frustration is uncalled for. I'm seeking anyone that is having a similar problem with Ford seats. I also have some leak that is soaking my carpet and I've been back twice now to fix it. They won't acknowledge the problem even though the carpet is soaking wet and the blinker is fast like as if the water is causing a short. They told me go take it some place else. I'm shocked and disappointed. Please let me know if you are also experiencing issues with Ford. Top dollar, low quality both from the factory and at the service department. What's happening Ford?
