    As always, the staff in parts and service were marvelous. The part I purchased from parts was reasonable and the service members who installed my new chip... guard did an outstanding job. To Marie, Bill, Jennifer , Jordan and Vinnies crew in parts, my kudos to you for the jobs you perform!

    Bought my escape in February when they scraped the crap out of the windows and I had to buy a new windshield (Westlie didn?t pay). Next had a flat tire... on an interstate and this day brought me in for an oil change. Well, I needed to buy another tire so I was told. Which makes two just since January. When I confronted the supervisor he said well they dont sell tires so it?s not their responsibility. And as I was leaving, their technician left a nice oil spot on my ceiling In my car and I had to take it back. No one would come out to help. Had to go in. It took them another 20 minutes to clean that off. THERe is NO WAY IM GOING BACK AND NO WAY WILL I EVER RECOMMED WESTLIE FORD. They?ve gotten too big and don?t care about customers. I e been a customer for 13 years and they have become the worst service in this area
