I have bought three cars here and every one of them has been given loving care by their service department, even the Abarth that I thrash mercilessly on... my daily commute. Excellent people, excellent service. Fiat may have a flawed reputation, but not because of Rairdon. I've owned many cars, and been through many dealers, but none have been better.
Shane, Lisa, Mike, and Casey all seem to have a team spirit. Shane’s product knowledge and low keyed sales approach was great! Lisa and Mike finalized... the transaction and were very professional. Mike called the day after we took possession of the car and said he rec’d a recall notice .He was going to send Casey to our home with a loaner Fiat and he will bring my car to the dealership for the work order. This all happened and my car was back within 3 hours. I call this service!!!
