We came here for service even though this location is

We came here for service even though this location is substantially further away from our home. The Service Manager was tremendous! Steven communicated very clearly about what has turned into somewhat of a drama related to corporate Alfa. He was fantastic throughout. I would make the trip for service there again just because of how thorough and thoughtful he was. And if service matters to you for you car rest assured you will be in good hands with him! BTW - this silly review tool won’t let me select the Service Team. The only option is Sales Team. So, if you read this wondering why I’m talking about Service, but gave Sales 5 stars, please understand that I had no experience with the Sales team. All of my comments are about the Service Team.

Had my Alfa Romeo serviced.

Had my Alfa Romeo serviced. This was my first service visit to this dealership. A master tech quickly resolved a software issue that had perplexed another repair shop. This service experience was positive, efficient and fairly priced.

Jorge at fiat of Kirkland is a great salesman….

Jorge at fiat of Kirkland is a great salesman…. Absolutely loved working with him on finding a car for my wife. There was no pressure whatsoever to get me to buy something I didn’t like, and he bent over backwards for me to get me into the Hyundai palisade that I wanted. I recommend anyone who is looking for a car at rairdons of Kirkland to specifically ask for Jorge (pronounced George) and he will not disappoint! It’s rare to visit a dealership nowadays and not be pressured by a pushy salesman. If you want to buy a car on your own time and schedule Jorge is basically your personal assistant who works for you and not rairdons. I would buy all my cars from wherever Jorge is working. Great salesman. Thank you Jorge, A.J.

I would give them 0 stars do not take your car in for

I would give them 0 stars do not take your car in for servicing I’ve had more issues than you can imagine… car damaged after service….excessive charging 35% more than their counter part in Seattle. Being trying to contact the manager Steve since customer service is their priority ……still waiting to hear back after a week and half… feel like they need more hours at the service center can never get a straight answer. Sad I wanted to like them since they are down the street … just feels chaotic at times
