Fast, quality service
Aldo was very attentive and detailed. I felt confident when leaving the service center that my car was in good hands. This is my first time servicing my car at Mazda, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But now I know when I have to service my car again I will be at ease.

The people here were really nice and helpful! Just be careful, once you buy a car you will get a million emails and multiple people from the dealership texting you asking to take a survey...so here I am. After 15 texts and 35 emails taking a SECOND survey. But I LOVE MY MAXZA!!!!

I purchased a new vehicle in Feb 2018 and leased one for my Mother in LAw at the same time. All staff members were friendly and helpful. 3 months later I was back because my brand new Mazda3 got crunched (long story) and was totalled. Again the staff members were truly helpful and I walked out with yet another Mazda. They have my loyalty!

Great experience at Bakerfield Mazda!
I personally had a great experience at Bakerfield Mazda. I got exactly what I was looking for and the sales man Anthony Cueto was extremely helpful. I visited the dealership a few different times with my mom, dad and to test drive the car. Anthony made me feel really comfortable and didn’t pressure me into buying right there and then. Definitely let me take my time and helped me with my decision to purchase a 2018 Mazda CX-5 with preferred packaging. Overall I would recommend Mazda to friends and family. I’m more than happy with my experience and purchase!
