I had a great experience at this dealership!

I had a great experience at this dealership! The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Gabriel, our salesperson, listened to what kind of vehicle we were looking for and helped us through the process. Erica, the VIP Director, listened to our concerns and made sure they were addressed. The sales manager (I didn’t catch his name) and the finance manager, Jesus, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Last but not least kudos to the body shop staff for doing an excellent job—my Jeep looks amazing! I’m a very pleased customer and highly recommend this team!

I took my flood-damaged Chrysler van here after another

I took my flood-damaged Chrysler van here after another shop could not assess the damage. Rene got the diagnosis and estimate quickly. The dealer worked with the insurance company to finish the job. These people are reliable to work with.

Valeria was very good at completing my necessary

Was time for Oil Change.

Was time for Oil Change. Called to schedule an appointment. Very easy. Sorry forgot young lady's name who set me up. Got there and from there VALERIA took care of us. Very pleasant and professional. Will definitely go back and ask for VALERIA.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. I was given wrong information earlier in the day and when I shared that with a sales representative, they responded with vulgar language through the company's online chat. I have been trying to talk to the general manager Tony, but according to his staff, he is never at work. Only manager I spoke to was Dre G., and he has now ignored my texts.
