Dead costume service ☠️
The front desk clerk in the service Dept was so defensive when you ask her a question outside about the car!! First It appeared to me that she had no idea what services I had come in for. I’m sure if she would have taken the time to do her do diligence she would have known because I gave her my name. What she should have did was told me the reason why I was there and ask did I have anything else to add. Eric had just said she was the best I didn’t see that unless she’s having a bad day like John had when I purchased the car. She is very dry when she communicate with you like I’m bothering her. Don’t be so defensive you didn’t make the car I was just explaining to you my experience with the car!! Then she proceeds to tell me that the sound on the car is normal I agree on a 10 year old car. My experience at classic Kia Beaumont Texas is always horrible I wouldn’t send no one to purchase a car are have to deal with her dry attitude in the service dept!!! The worst dealership ever!!!! I feel that the car I received was a lemon 🍋!!!No 2021 should sound like a tractor if it a cold are hot start. I always have the worst experience at classic Kia Beaumont. Where did patients and Good costume service go because it’s not at Beaumont classic Kia. I also went in because the car smells like it had been rained in and because David smells the air freshener that was place in the car he tell me that what he smells you think because I was tired of setting and a car that smelled like it had been flooded!! I felt that rather you smelled what we have been experiencing you should have changed the filter anyway because it’s CALL COSTUMER SERVICE SOMETHING THAT THIS LOCATION DON’T HAVE!!! If you don’t have good costumer service then fake it because it’s a part of the job!!! David tell me after I let him listen to the sound that the car makes he tell me that normal. But offers me to bring it back and he can basically recheck the car I’m not wasting any more of my time for this nonsense I could have stayed at work!!! David you would not have said that you can look into it more if you were so sure that the sound was so normal so I guess you had to question yourself for not been sure!!! If your not sure ask someone because if the check engine light is not no the computer really can’t pick up anything so that’s when your experience as a technician should kick in just a suggestion in problem solving!!!! Classic Kia Beaumont you have to do better!!!! Hopefully this makes it to your google website!!!
2021 Kia Serento
I hate car shopping but Amanda @ Classic Kia made it a pleasant experience. There were not the usual games and hidden agendas. If you are looking for a new car I would definitely recommend Classic Kia in Beaumont.
I made my decision. I was going to buy the 2021 Kia Sorento SX AWD with Sapphire Blue exterior and Black interior. Now it is time to find a dealership. I put my specification in every website I could find, but autotrader.com is where I found the one I would ultimately end up with. My goal was to find the vehicle I wanted at or below MSRP. Buying a vehicle over MSRP is like throwing money away. One day, I came across the posting for the exact one at a price just under MSRP posted by Classic Kia of Beaumont in Texas. They hadn’t even had time to load a picture of it before I called them and started working a deal. No haggling was involved because it was already priced at less than I was willing to pay. On February 12, 2021, Eric Brown, the General Sales Manager with Classic Kia of Beaumont sent me a written quote for what I asked for. Document fees were only $150.00 (back office people need to get paid too). Eric Brown even quoted me a price for my trade that was just under what I wanted and just over what I would have taken for my 2014 BMW 335i xDrive M Sport. He offered to deliver my new vehicle and pick up my trade which is a 5 hour drive one way from Beaumont, Texas to Mineola, Texas. I was blown away by his offer of free delivery. Due to the snow storm, our original plan to complete our transaction could not be completed on the original date we set. On February 20, 2021, I needed to say my final goodbye to Hannah, so I picked up a passenger to take with me and rode the 5 hours South to Beaumont, Texas. When we got there, Eric shook my hand, took my trade for a test drive and put me in the hands of Sweet Carla. Carla already had most of the paperwork ready to go. She walked me through everything and I signed. While we were waiting for the finance manager to finish, Carla gave me the keys and introduced me to Miguel Carter who took the time to get me acquainted with all of the technology in my new vehicle. We spent a while going over everything. When the previous customers left, I got the privilege to meet Andrew Pridemore, the Finance Manager. Because I had just about everything in place before I even got there, Andrew explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it and was able to go over everything very quickly and efficiently. You would think that would be the end of this little story, but it isn’t. Carla, Miguel, Andrew and a few others have reached out to me to make sure that I was still happy with my purchase, see if I needed any training videos or had any questions or concerns. My plates just came in recently to Kia of Beaumont. The lady called and asked if I would like her to mail them. I wish I could remember her name. My response was, “Yes, please. It is a 5 hour drive from Beaumont to Mineola.” She replied, “I know, I will be driving through there to visit family tomorrow.” I asked if she wanted to save the shipping cost and just drop them by my office.” I was thrilled when she said, “no problem, I should be in the area around 2:00pm”. Considering I was working in another location that Friday, I asked her to leave my plates with my secretary. I got to the office the next day and my plates were waiting for me. This is what customer service looks like. I was asked by other dealerships why they didn’t get my business and am happy to explain to them what I did and didn’t like. Classic Southeast Texas made my experience so amazing that I hope the same people are around in 10 years when my warranty goes out and I purchase another new car. I don’t think any other dealership could compare. What do the “kids” think? They Love it!
Fletcher at classic did an awesome job and I left feeling like I had a good deal so no complaints. The faculty was nice and they had the car I wanted so I’m definitely happy
2021 Kia Forte GT at Classic Kia
My salesman (Fletcher) was great and so was the finance guy (Andrew). Classic also had a large inventory of cars to choose from. It was a great experience overall.

Lets be real here no one likes buying a car... spending hours at the dealer... getting thrown all around with random upsells and what not. This being our 6th car in the last few years it was by far the best experience yet. It didn't take half a day and folks were pretty friendly. They had a hard to find car that we wanted in stock and we were able to get in and get out in less than 3 hours which per our personal experience is pretty dam fast. xxxxxxto Carla for being extremely friendly. The whole experience was top notch. Highly recommend if you on the search for a Kia. And of course make sure to ask for Carla.

The first time I visited ClassicKia Carla,the sales person couldn’t fulfill my request. However,she didn’t give up. She called me two weeks later and said she found a car that met my requirements. I saw it online and it was perfect. Not only did she cut through the paper trail but she also delivered it to my house. It was so easy I will never buy a car the old way again. And I will be sure to keep Classic Kia and Carla’s info for the next one.

I truly felt like family based on the service, genuine concern and respect I experienced while in the process of purchasing my new Telluride. I enjoyed my saleslady Amanda Johnson very much she responded to my first inquiry email immediately and she stayed in touch with me till we completed the deal she made my visit very enjoyable she never pressured me in anyway and she was very helpful I’d recommend her to all my friends. On the other hand the finance man was rude I was not impressed with him he needs lessons in good customer service
