Daniel in service just outright lied to both of us
Bad Bad service department they will not tell you the truth. The best line is when the parts will be in. So I went to Berglund in Roanoke amd got the parts.l.p.
Jason Fisher was our salesman and he could not have been a better experience was a gentleman and very in tune to customer service. Our experience with Jason was great and we made a new friend as well. You should be proud to have a dedicated salesman as Jason!
Gunnar is the man
Gunnar is the man. Buy all my vehicles from him. Highly recommend. Great service. And great vehicles. Very personable people. Have loved this place all along.
Great salesman there by the name of Isaiah Hudson! I was so impressed by him and how he helped me and my family out. Mom won't even stop talking about him!
Don’t buy a used car here
We were helping our daughter buy a car out of state and they promised to take car of her. We were co-signing and after he told me the payments on the phone he hung up and took advantage of her age and sold her two things she could not afford. Then didn’t include the tax tag or title. Sold her car with the tag on it before she could clean it out. Horrible experience. Don’t trust the used car department at all.
Please close this dealership
The first time I took my vehicle to this place I was told my ac unit was the issue. After having it repaired I had to bring it back 7 more times as the original issue was not fixed and was told that repairing the ac would solve the original issue. 9 months later I got my car back seemingly with the issue fixed. 5 months later I am now having trouble with a newly put in ac. No one follows up with you and if you're not sitting in the building your vehicle is put on the back burner. I have to personally follow up every time I dont get a callback and have to make them do their job as their favorite phrase is "No issue found" This building would be better served as a vacant lot instead of the false hope and frustration they provide.
Thanks for the free inspection gift certificate. Thanks for same day service to my 2006 Cadillac DTS.
when my car was finished being serviced, the technician left a greasy black spot on my cloth drivers seat. He did aplogize and sent it to the detail shop to have it cleaned. when they were done with it the seat was wet where they tried to clean it. i kinda figured it would be. after the seat had dried the grease stain was still there. so i had to pay someone else to clean the seat for me. i wasn't to happy. it's a new car! and i work hard for my money.
Pinkerton and the staff provide a great buying and service experience. Matt Brink and the service staff always do such a fantastic job!
42.00 truck key
I called Pinkerton and asked how much it would cost to copy my truck key. I was told approximately $11.50. When I got to the part department I decided to get two. The woman at the counter took my key and made me one and asked that I check to see if it worked. It didn't. She then told me she couldn't copy it and I would have to pay to have the "code" looked up... bottom line my two keys were now $51.48 (I thought about asking if she had to drive to Roanoke to look us this "code"). After making four more keys, only one worked. So I said I would just take the one and asked for a refund on the second. The refund was $9.42. I questioned this and the manager said they would only refund the cost of one key blank. My $11.50 key ended up costing me $42.00. GREAT SERVICE PINKERTON.
