Bought a 2022 Tahoe broke down at 165 miles was left on side of road for 3 hours the Tahoe over headed leaking motor overheated temp when threw roof antifreeze it had antifreeze all over hood and window after fixing never change oil after it have change oil now light and sent to email and the display had beg them to change oil and never clean the Tahoe off antifreeze all over it try talk to mechanic after asking question he turn walk away I tell everyone don’t not use these guy they sucks

Bad Bad service department they will not tell you the truth. The best line is when the parts will be in. So I went to Berglund in Roanoke amd got the parts.l.p.

Don’t buy a used car here
We were helping our daughter buy a car out of state and they promised to take car of her. We were co-signing and after he told me the payments on the phone he hung up and took advantage of her age and sold her two things she could not afford. Then didn’t include the tax tag or title. Sold her car with the tag on it before she could clean it out. Horrible experience. Don’t trust the used car department at all.

The first time I took my vehicle to this place I was told my ac unit was the issue. After having it repaired I had to bring it back 7 more times as the original issue was not fixed and was told that repairing the ac would solve the original issue. 9 months later I got my car back seemingly with the issue fixed. 5 months later I am now having trouble with a newly put in ac. No one follows up with you and if you're not sitting in the building your vehicle is put on the back burner. I have to personally follow up every time I dont get a callback and have to make them do their job as their favorite phrase is "No issue found" This building would be better served as a vacant lot instead of the false hope and frustration they provide.

poor workmanship
when my car was finished being serviced, the technician left a greasy black spot on my cloth drivers seat. He did aplogize and sent it to the detail shop to have it cleaned. when they were done with it the seat was wet where they tried to clean it. i kinda figured it would be. after the seat had dried the grease stain was still there. so i had to pay someone else to clean the seat for me. i wasn't to happy. it's a new car! and i work hard for my money.
