Not many dealerships listen. I mean really listen. I was not an easy buyer. My budget and needs were very specific. I started working with Hoffpauir Ford (manager Rick and salesman KC) in November. They committed to the fact that it may take sometime. Not many dealerships that would commit months to make a sale but they did. KC would follow up every month keeping me in the loop. Rick & KC both worked hard and made me feel welcome. They used ever resource they had, even looking at their other dealerships to find a solution. To most women, buying a vehicle is a dreadful experience. Honestly I would rather chew tinfoil :-) With that in mind, you can imagine my joy when I got the truck I set out to find 5 months prior. I can't wait to have my next Hoffpauir experience. My dealership for life! They are truly good people!

This dealership was great. Their sales representatives were awesome, and my entire buying experience was exceptional. This dealership is a smaller than most other dealerships, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in customer service. My wife had been trying to buy me a truck for Father's Day. After going to numerous other dealerships, and just getting the run around, or trying to get us into a vehicle that didn't have all the options we wanted, my wife became frustrated. I called this dealership on a Tuesday morning, and after working most of the deal over the phone, we got off work at around 5pm drove straight there. We got there at 530pm, drove the truck, traded our vehicle, and signed all the paperwork in about an hour. The sales representative stayed after they closed to finish our deal and make sure we were taken care of. Most of all there was no pressure. We have dealt with a lot of dealerships that pressure you into just buying what they have on the lot, instead of giving you what you want. There was none of that here. Hoffpauir Ford is a great dealership.

We made the drive to Lampassas from Killeen, not far by Texas standards, but it was more than worthwhile of the drive nonetheless. We've been shopping around for a full size van for more than a year and I never would've thought that we'd find it in Lampassas. In addition to finally finding a vehicle that fit our needs; we came into contact with one of the best sales teams in all of the years of car-buying in the Central Texas area (Killeen to Austin and everywhere in between). Stephen, Rick, and their entire team there was truly amazing; hands down the best car buying experience in 20yrs of car buying. There was absolutely no pressure, no questionable or underhanded tactics; you'd be surprised at what we've dealt with in the immediate area surrounding Fort Hood, but nothing but good people at Hoffpaiur Ford in Lampassas
