Went in to check out the MDX. Had emailed Brian prior to the visit, and was greeted as soon as we got in there. Unlike other dealerships, where you are met by seasoned sales people who are at the top of the game and you have to battle and bargain to get your price across, Brian instantly gives you a feeling that he is on your side. He was patient, friendly and great to work with. We loved the car on the test drive and only reason we didnt come away with the car was because of the price. We had contacted dealerships in Texas, Mississippi and New Orleans. We got the lowest quote from a dealer in Houston. When I informed Brian I was going to Houston to get the car, he immediately asked me to wait and then came back with an offer to match the price. And the buying experience was first class. When we went there, everything was ready for us. Documents were signed and finance was arranged, Brian took care of the insurance, and vehicle was ready to be driven away. Even after the sale, whenever I had questions, Brian would immediately respond either by phone or via email. Its now 7 months after the purchase, but if I went in to the dealership today, Brian knows me by name and comes to greet me. Thats personalized service at its very best. I highly recommend Brian and Acura of Baton Rouge.

Best Dealership in Baton Rouge! I have purchased two of my vehicles from Acura of BR since 2009. Their service and professionalism is outstanding. Chris, was my most recent salesman, who took a personal interest and helped my purchase of a new vehicle a breeze. He went above and beyond what most sales men/women tend to. He knew what my husband and I wanted and seeked to make each of us happy before we left the lot. He called after the purchase to see how I was enjoying my TL. WOW! Thats above and beyond! All of my maintenance and repairs are handled by the Acura Service team...and I have never left feeling overcharged or had to return with the same issue. The excellent service and quality of Acura's vehicles made me a repeat customer.

I must say I am very happy with Acura of Baton Rouge....

I must say I am very happy with Acura of Baton Rouge. From the start of my purchase to the end, I was very well taken care of. I did not have a lot of time to shop around for a car. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Korey did everything for me over the phone. All I had to do was basically show up and sign. Chris gave me the royal treatment when it comes to test drives. He is a car man and genuinely loves cars. I felt like family from the start.

Customer service provided by Acura of Baton Rouge is more than I ever expected. I was unable to bring my car in to have the sealant applied, I sent my dad in instead. My dad is never impressed by customer service. Never, until today. He said Chris found him and introduced himself. The mechanic who worked on the car came out to speak with him. My father was extremely impressed with Acura of Baton Rouge and it's service department. If you guys can make my dad happy, I am happy. Thank you.

I had never purchased a vehicle before and was...

I had never purchased a vehicle before and was intimidated by the process before it even started. I visited the Mercedes dealership and immediately felt like I was being hustled. At Acura of Baton Rouge, everyone was nice, attentive, and helpful and at no time did I feel like I was being pushed or hustled. John made me feel like I was dealing with an older brother that cared more about my happiness with my purchase than meeting a quota. He took the time to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. I purchased a certified pre-owned Infiniti and could not be happier. I would recommend Acura of Baton Rouge to anyone!

My fiance and I were looking for a new/used Nissan...

My fiance and I were looking for a new/used Nissan Pathfinder and visited a few dealerships in the Baton Rouge area. We first dealt with LeBlanc Nissan and the used vehicles they had were not very clean, the options listed on the internet were not correct and the salesperson was not very helpful. We went to Acura of Baton Rouge and were immediately greeted with a respectful and knowledgeable salesperson named Kasey. She offered a more than fair price for the Pathfinder and treated us as if we were buying a top-of-the-line Acura. Their finance department even offered better financing than our own bank and the whole buying experience was a pleasure. I would recommend Acura of Baton Rouge to anyone wanting to buy an automobile! Next vehicle we purchase, we will definitely go back and see them! I'll tell anyone I know to try them first. A top-notch local company with the best staff in the industry. Thank you Acura of Baton Rouge.

Searched on inet for weeks before finding ad for 2009 used car. Ad was presented clearly, with features and details provided. Contacted dealership and spoke to Jerry Amoroso. He provided info requested, answering all questions. Totally satisfied with purchase. Jerry great to work with, professional and no pressure. Quality dealership with quality people.

It was the BEST vehicle purchasing experience I have EVER had!!! Kasey Hughes was very professional and kind. She was very attentive to me and my needs. She offered me refreshments. She was very helpful and knowledgeable!! Mike Hammack was great too!! The deal went so smoothly!! I would recommend this dealership ro anyone!!
