I have purchased no less than 8 vehicles from Fowler

I have purchased no less than 8 vehicles from Fowler Toyota since 2009, and I continue to go back for several reasons; the purchase process is smooth and they listen to my needs, the salespersons are very knowledgeable and quick to ask for help when they need to, the finance department is considerate of situations and ready to work hard on my behalf, and I trust the service department implicitly to care for my vehicle after purchase. All told, I will be a lifelong customer and send everyone I know their way.

This dealership has a great staff.

This dealership has a great staff. They give you all the information you need and do not try to push things on you that you do not want. If you want to browse the selection of cars by yourself, they will not bother you and as soon as you need help they will help you without questions or waiting. This dealership gave me a great experience and was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. They have made a customer for a very long time.

This is a great dealership to do business.

This is a great dealership to do business. All the staff are great and friendly. They will help you every step of the way and answer any questions and no they won’t try and take you for a ride on the sale. Great place

I purchased a 2024 Toyota Tundra and my sales experience

I purchased a 2024 Toyota Tundra and my sales experience and the sales person was good. However the finance department has been horrible. First the money that was wired in when I picked up the car in person kept rejecting back to my account. After Fowler Toyota confirmed with me that there is no error on my end and it’s their end, I finally sent them a certified check via FedEx last month and they apologized for all those extra fees they charged me and promised to pay me back and send me my title and registration to register my car here in AZ. I have called them multiple times since then and I confirmed they cashed my check and no call backs. Now I am driving with an expired registration tag after a month. Unbelievable.. Be aware of these issues. Someone needs to have a very good answer for this and hope someone way up in executive level iis reading this and will handle this according and get to the bottom of this nonsense and hours and hours of my time spent on the phone trying to get my paid car legal on the street.

I would give negative if possible.

I would give negative if possible. These people are absolute cheaters. I have valid proofs if anyone wants to see them. They promised me to relocate a car for an agreed price. couple of weeks later, they got the same car allocated to their dealership but with additional package of 900$. However they raised the agreed price by 5.5k, and the reason I was told was tariffs. Toyota CEO himself clearly mentioned no price change but this dealership is trying to rob people by using the word "Tariffs". This is US complaint car and there is not tariff for these cars. People, be aware. Dealerships like these are trying to rob people by using the word "Tariffs" for cars for that the tariffs are not applicable for. I WOULD NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. ABSOLUTE CHEATERS. TOTAL RIP OFF.

I went to this dealership twice and was never approached by anyone. I have never stepped foot on a dealership where I have not been hounded. I guess they do not care about making money or selling cars.

Went to fowler because they had a vehicle I liked was greeted by Oscar who was very polite an Courteous Courteous, and he made buying the truck qiuke and easy , Definitely recommend Fowler Toyota and Oscar as yourselves person
