I recently purchased a used Toyota Tacoma truck at the dealership I was happy with my Tacoma. The sales associate was very good at his job and everything when smoothly.

Excellent

Excellent. Brandon Craig was great to work with. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends to buy a car from. I felt very comfortable with him and the dealership in general.

Best Dealership in Oklahoma !

This is my second Tacoma from Fowler Toyota, sales department is great, they help getting the vehicle you most desire. The service Dept. Is excellent, fast service and you never worry about anything being missed , they go over every inch of your new vehicle so it is perfect every time they hand you back your keys.

Purchased vehicle

I had a pleasant experience while searchng for a SUV for my grandson. Justin McCart was courteous and not pushy. I am very satisfied with my experience and purchase at Fowler Toyota in Norman.

Great service and response

I was looking for a used car of a certain brand, and there was one available at Fowler. I contacted the dealer and Denise got back to me almost immediately. She readily answered any questions that I had and offered to provide me with any information I would have liked. I was going to make this purchase from out of town and was looking for a local mechanic who knew this brand. I had trouble finding one but Denise was able to get me names of several who work on European cars. Unfortunately, the car sold quickly (which I absolutely expected it to because it was priced well). Denise got back to me to tell me that the car sold, when she really had no obligation to do so. This is what is called great customer service and something that is sorely missing at a lot of place. Given the opportunity, I would gladly do business with them.

Pretty smooth.. price should have been about $2000 cheaper

I was exhausted and ready to just get a car.. price was I flared on the vehicle though. Whatever.. It's car sales I guess...

Very happy Customer

I like to give a review of this dealership and the experience I have had. I had walked into the dealership because the car I had was not running correctly and they had the only Toyota certified shop open late (Big plus for someone who works during the day) I was expecting to walk in drop off my car and have to find a way to work for the next couple of days. I instead found myself driving away with a new car. I was told that they had a new owner get together and I thought it was going to be a boring meeting telling me I bought a good car. I was far off, it was a great meeting telling me all about the warranty, ins and outs of the car, and I was shown how to get one of the apps to work on my car. I would suggest that if you are in the market for a new car this be the place to go to. I have found a dealership that teats you more like a friend then a customer.

Easy to deal with

Very friendly staff and they really want to help you. Will definitely go back or recommend. Finance department was very good to deal with also

Fast easy negotiations, super responsive staff

Watch out for Tyler the woman intimidator in finance

Love the truck. It's our third vehicle from Fowler. Salesman and sales crew was great. When I found out that they had put my wife's middle initial down wrong, we called the tag agency before purchasing the tag. Agency said they could change a letter in a name, not an initial. Hence, my wife's trip back to Fowler. Tyler who works in finance, told my wife that "you could have done this in eleven different places" with an intimidating and bullying attitude. I am going to make sure Fowler knows about this. So far, 2 phone calls and no response. All I want(ed) is an apology to my wife from this bully named Tyler. By the way, Katie and Dillon who work in finance are great people and helped our purchase.
