I purchased my first car from Bob Moore CJD in OKC and it was a great experience. I went in about 30 minutes before the dealership closed and was expecting... a rude salesperson due to my late arrival; Savat came out with a huge smile and was more than willing to help me! I test drove the car I wanted and then went in for financing. Kevin Bennett was a great help when it came time for me to finance the vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in 1 hour and 32 minutes (I KID YOU NOT) with the car of my dreams! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

The service was good and they got it in-and-out and I fashion time. There are some things on the checklist I don't understand when they check it.

I purchased a used vehicle from here and it did not have all the floor mats. I called to get a replacement floor mat and they said they would not do this.... The floor mats were all piled up in the back of the vehicle at the time of purchase and no mention was made a floor mat was missing. Our salesman and finance guy on the deal was awesome but the customer service after the sale is absolutely awful! We typically like to purchase from Bob Moore dealerships because of the customer service but I guess this is just another example of a car sales experience that fits the typical bill of crappy!

Bob Moore's service department is excellent, quality work, informative every step of the process And for me the owner of only one car their shuttle service... to and from home is greatly appreciated.

Took my son’s ‘05 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in for oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday. They got us in an out quickly and did a great job.

Had my car detailed. Went to get the Oul changed. They washed the car seeing it was totally clean and left water spots all over. I had to have it Washed... again and towel dried.
Bad experience. I asked three employees in this dealer. All of them said the car I want to buy is aviliable. And they invited me to test drive. Then When... I arrived, they said they Can not find this car in their inventory. What an unprofessional dealer, they cheat consumers！There is no honesty.！！！
