    Bad experience. I asked three employees in this dealer. All of them said the car I want to buy is aviliable. And they invited me to test drive. Then When... I arrived, they said they Can not find this car in their inventory. What an unprofessional dealer, they cheat consumers!There is no honesty.!!!

    From the moment I pull up to this service entrance each time, there is a service writer ready to help. They make my waiting room experience bearable each... visit by recognizing me and asking me if I need anything (i.e., anything to drink or a ride home), and keep me informed as to why I am waiting so long, if that is the case. And if my wait is at home they call me when the car is ready; not waiting for me to call them. The car always feels so much better when I drive it home. Okay, the bad news. Recently (June 2018) I was taking a long 3 day trip and needed to make sure my general maintenance (battery, tires, etc.) was in good shape. I received the usual wonderful service. However, on my trip, the radio did not turn on until I was near my destination. That was okay but it worried me that something was wrong and hoped I don't break down on the highway. When I returned home after my trip, my battery died 3 days later in my garage. Whew! Is there a way to check the battery life before a trip?

    I purchased my first car from Bob Moore CJD in OKC and it was a great experience. I went in about 30 minutes before the dealership closed and was expecting... a rude salesperson due to my late arrival; Savat came out with a huge smile and was more than willing to help me! I test drove the car I wanted and then went in for financing. Kevin Bennett was a great help when it came time for me to finance the vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in 1 hour and 32 minutes (I KID YOU NOT) with the car of my dreams! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

    The manager of the store cane to us and said, “do you want the car or not? I am extremely busy and don’t have time for this.” (Price negotiation over $400)... proceeded to tear the paperwork up in his hands before we were able to say another word and stormed off. He was extremely rude about his miscommunication with us. Will never recommend this dealership and will never give them a penny of my hard earned money. Worst experience EVER!

    Our sales associate Shane Romee was great! Before we knew it we were ready for a service and was referred to there service department. We have used MANY... dealership service departments in the past however the professionalism & attention to details on our new car service was outstanding!!
