Great experience purchasing from this team.

Great experience purchasing from this team. Grayson Davis and the sales manager Matt. were awesome to work with and Grayson took the time to explain the new features of the 2025 Yukon. Will defiantly buy from here again. We have also worked with the service department at this location in the past and they also have provided great service.

What a great experience.

What a great experience... Will not be shopping vehicles in Raleigh/Wake Forest any longer... No pressure, treated me with respect, supported my every question and concern, went above and beyond to earn my business! Gene Langley, Matt Joyner, and Elizabeth Jones were all exceptional to work with. Buying a car/truck in 2024 can be quite stressful, these three made the experience positive and easy on the customer in every way! Davenport will now be my first stop when I'm ever in the market for a vehicle.

My experience with Davenport left alot to be desired.

My experience with Davenport left alot to be desired. I had shown interested in a vehicle they had listed on their website- after giving information through text messages and a few phone calls- I was asked to come in for an appraisal on my trade in. After 2.5 hours sitting in the dealership, I was given a low ball price for my trade and told there was no budging. It’s sad in 2024, salesmen still think women are that gullible. The next day I was lucky enough to travel just 25 min down the road to another Honda Dealership were they gave me double for my trade in and were excellent to work with as I purchased a brand new Honda. It’s very hard to shop local and support local business when these are there best practices. Do better Davenport!

Great staff.

Great staff. Craig in Honda Service always does a great job with helping us. We trust Craig and the mechanics to give us high quality service. Highly recommend them. Special Thanks to Craig in service, Gene in sales and mechanic Tyler that handle my repair today.

Will not be coming back because this place is shady.

Will not be coming back because this place is shady. Booked an appointment to get my car serviced and they had a 3rd party service book it instead of a service person. The 3rd party told me the price would be $386.66 and after the work was done the total was $600. After expressing my concern, the service guy took 15% off of the $600 AFTER the complication. In other words, if I didn’t express concern, they would have let me pay the $600 and not told me about the 15% coupon.
