I was at Randall Reed's Planet Ford 635 in Dallas, TX recently for a service to my Lincoln MKC 2015 vehicle. I came across with Mr. Richard Ziulek for the required service. His courtesy, listening to customers like me, understanding the services I needed and above all the time it took to complete the service is extra ordinary. Ford does not value its customers.

1yr ago had truck in their shop for oil leak. was told would have to reseal eng. to insure getting all leaks. Was told eng. would have to be pulled. agreed to have all seals redone w/ except. of injector seals that were done a few months prior. 1 year later new oil leak. Was told it would not be covered under 2 year warranty because it was not one of the seals originally replaced. Either they lied to me a year ago or they are lying now because it cost another 1500.00 to correct leaking oil. I agreed to having eng. pulled so they could get all seals. was told it was an exhaust seal that was bad??????? my running boards that were not rattling when it went in the shop now rattle and are loose. fixed them my self, tiered of dealing with them.

Service was excellent and due in a large part to the efforts that Andrew exhibited in making sure that the required work was carried out successfully with a minimum amount of time loss for use of vehicle.

The only thing I had a problem with was that they tried to go up $5000.00 on the vehicle that I already had negotiated the price on the phone and put 500.00 deposit to hold the vehicle. This really made me mad But they finally made it right.

Vehicle service on 2015 F- 150

Service writer Sharon Sheets did a excellent job on what my truck needed to be done and the service people did a great job.
