James took great care of me and he was a pleasure to work

James took great care of me and he was a pleasure to work with! I wanted out of my lease and was not happy with another dealership. James found me a great car that fit my budget and he handled all the lease termination paperwork!! I am so happy with the car and with the assistance from James and the team at Lundgren Honda!!

Working with Marty to purchase my 2018 CRV was like

Working with Marty to purchase my 2018 CRV was like hanging out with a friend helping me buy a car. He was kind and helpful and put me at ease throughout the process. Marty even arranged to have someone pick me at my house (some distance away!) the day my new car was ready. This was the easiest and least stressful automobile purchase I have ever experienced.

Marty was friendly , knowledgeable, and efficient with

Marty was friendly , knowledgeable, and efficient with all the paperwork. He was very helpful in connecting with my insurance company in moving the car buying experience forward in a timely manner. Marty was more than willing to spend any amount of time answering my questions about all the functions of my car before I left the lot. He assured me that if I had any questions in the future that I should feel comfortable doing that. All this leads ti a wonderful car buy experience! Thanks Marty!

James Carr made my purchase of a used Honda Fit

James Carr made my purchase of a used Honda Fit absolutely painless! The car I wanted was at their Auburn branch, and he had it brought up for me to see and test drive. James is very knowledgeable, kind, and personable -- a real gem and a pleasure to deal with. He made this experience magic. James was always available to answer questions or to explain anything...I especially appreciated the fact that Lundgren's did the inspection, contacted insurance people, switched over the license plates (from the totaled older Honda), and took care of other details that I did not have to deal with. This makes a HUGE difference when buying a car! At no point did I feel any pressure during the process. I am very happy with my Fit purchase and will certainly recommend James and Lundgren's to anyone looking for a great deal and experience. P.S. Their coffee is great, too. ;)

The worst experience at a dealership in my life.

The worst experience at a dealership in my life. I just purchased a new vehicle at Lundren Honda of Greenfield. I called to purchase some accessories for our new vehicle. I mentioned that our sales person said we MAY be able to get discount. He said no discount and I said we just spent 40K on new vehicle and no discount?? He stated that I spent 40K on new car and our sales person pushed us off on him for a discount on $300 of parts then he HUNG up on me! So this guy not only thru the dealership under the rug but also our sales person. What kind of person does that to a customer??? SO Disrespectful Tried contacting manager, no response. Next I’ll go up the chain of command until this is resolved! I just wanted to thank Peter for the worst experience that my wife and I have ever had!
