    We were in town and had some downtime, so we decided to look at options for upgrading our 4Runner. Usually "looking" at a dealership is difficult... at best, but not here! Roger answered all of our questions honestly and was a pleasure to work with. No pressure at all. We will be back!

    I had a great experience with Janeen in the service shop. I expected that my 2008 Corolla would need some love and I was prepared for an extensive repair... bill. It seems like when you go to most car shops they always exaggerate that everything should be done immediately. I was surprised how honest Janeen was, she made it very clear what should be done now and what could wait until next time. She answered my many questions very patiently and thoroughly. My car and my bank account very much appreciates her helpfulness!

    I took my 2011 Corolla in for an oil change and state inspection on Saturday 10/13/2018. When the service write came to go over all the extras that they... want to charge for I asked if there were any issues with the state inspection. I was told no that it passed without issue. I was also told that it would show up in the states system within 24 to 48 hours as it was Saturday. (This is inaccurate. I checked with the State and all inspections are uploaded immediately.) After checking the States web site on Monday and again on Tuesday there was no record of the inspection. Also, when I looked through the Stack of paper work that was given to me that was supposed to have the inspection report included, it was not. I called the service department on Wednesday morning and spoke to the service adviser. It was at this point I was informed that they were having issues with the inspection equipment on Saturday. He indicated that he would get the inspection report and email it to me. This would mean that I would have to now go to the Tax Office for my renewal. About an hour later he called me back to inform me that the inspection was not done. He told me " I guess we can refund you the $25.00" (GUESS WE CAN REFUND YOUR MONEY). I took my car on Wednesday to a local inspection station and was able to go on line to complete the registration as soon as I reached home. About 10 Min. This has caused me to wonder if the Oil change I paid for was done. I will be taking my vehicle to another facility and pay to have the oil changed so I can be sure that it was done. Very disappointed with this service department an I will not be back to Toyota of Irving again.

    I planned and researched for a new Tacoma truck prior to visiting a dealership. I found that Toyota of Irving was my best choice. Salesman Brian Smith... and Marketing manager Mark Baker answered all of my questions and made me a deal on a truck that I couldn't and hadn't matched on line. I was shown all of the insights and drove it away 2 days after financing "with a full tank of gas!" Very impressed with the courtesy, the friendliness, the time spent to talk to me and work with my desires and then the pricing. This is my first Toyota and I am very pleased so far with my decision, my experience and my purchase.
