    Buying a car with a tradein is always tricky, but the dealerships in Richardson TX usually give you top dollar for the trade, without any major hassle.... They did add things back onto the loan like window tinting, but who doesn't want that usually. Overall the deal was still around 1500 dollars cheaper than any other dealership, plus you get more extras that the other places don't include for the price.

    This dealership only cares about closing the deal. Customer service and integrity are values that are not of priority. We were out of state buyers. This... meant that no one, outside of our salesperson, would spend the time to speak to us, answer questions, or even create the paperwork that we needed in a timely manner unless there was a direct benefit to the dealership. The Director of Used Car Sales and the Director of Finance would only pass on messages to our salesman. They would not speak to us to directly or even attempt to address any concerns or complaints that we had. These senior managers clearly represented the priority at Courtesy Nissan, close the deal and the customer doesn't matter. #1. The finance department took three days to get any rates to us. We called 5 times across 2 of the three days with no response. We had questions about the rates and never received a response back after our initial call until we told our salesman that we were going to finance outside of the dealership. Then conveniently the Director of the Financing Department took 10 minutes to speak to us only so that he could threaten to increase the price of the vehicle unless we financed through the dealership. #2. We were forced to pay for ResistAll which we were told the cost covered 7 years. When we received our loan paperwork we were only given 3 years of ResistAll. The dealership clearly lied to us and did not take accountability when we asked for the 7 years promised. They just denied us and didn't care even though their staff committed to 7 years before we signed. #3. We purchased an Armada for our family and so my wife and I both needed keys. The dealership only received one set of keys and didn't put in any effort to ensure our family had two sets of keys and refuse to work with on either the price of the vehicle or the price of a replacement key in order for us to obtain two sets. They merely told us it would cost $250 for replacement and refused to do anything more. The replacement key actually cost $300. #4. 14 days after purchasing the car we had a snow storm and turned on the heater for the first time and found there was no heat. This is a vehicle with only 15k miles and when I called they did nothing to help us. They didn't care that my family was in the snow with out heat for this new vehicle that we just purchased 14 days ago. Plain and simple, they don't care about the customer. They do not and will not put in any effort to help the customer, especially one that is out of state as staff even admitted that their dealership does not care. In the end, they just want the sale. I am very glad to say that we were able to refinance out of our loan from the dealership and removed any profits they could have made from us before our first payment. If you want a dealership that will step on your face when you have questions or needs, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for integrity and good customer service, I would recommended elsewhere.
