Great First-Time Buyer Experience!

Great First-Time Buyer Experience! My daughter had a fantastic first-time car buying experience at Courtesy Nissan, all thanks to Sakar. Even in over 100-degree heat, he greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond—pulling cars up front for her to test drive so she didn’t have to walk in the heat. He was kind, patient, and never pushy. Although we didn’t buy that day, Sakar followed up and gave her time to decide. Two weeks later, she came back and bought her first car—and it was because of the excellent care and service Sakar provided. Highly recommend!

Don't buy a car from Courtesy Nissan in Richardson Tx or

Don't buy a car from Courtesy Nissan in Richardson Tx or Clay Cooley dealerships. One of the worst experiences of my life. They kept trying to switch the salesperson and lied about sales promotions. I am just going to say don't trust anything they say, read the paperwork carefully and don't buy the extended warranty.

Absolutely abhorrent staff, texted me and called me

Absolutely abhorrent staff, texted me and called me cheap, I need to lower my standards, not knowing my income or credit status, THEN called me 3 times in a row and hung up on me when I answered, I tried to call back they hung up, their manager did the same..

Jordan Richardson was an amazing salesman today!

Jordan Richardson was an amazing salesman today! He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at purchasing. He was courteous and patient! Everyone from the manager to finance was incredible. It was the perfect experience and very pleased! If you need a new ride go see Jordan at Courtesy!

If you want to get reaped off, have more repairs than

If you want to get reaped off, have more repairs than necessary and pay more please go there! They will add- in as you long as you pay I went there for 15 years and noticed finally invoices from year to year that did not need to be done I finally caught them when I kept all repairs invoices and showed them - Now after. 10,000 dollars invoice I realized in asking other garages they they were just taking advantage of my ignorance

I was sold a 5 year maintenance plan and since found out

I was sold a 5 year maintenance plan and since found out it is only 1 year and the person who sold it to me no longer works there and I cannot get anyone to call me back to resolve this issue. Very frustrating and dissapointing when you are lied to. I plan to make sure they are held accountable for this deceit.
