Great dealer, staff, helpful, friendly
I had a great service since begin buying new car until now. The saleman doing his great job, I love the car. I had to spend time for dealing to get the good price and satisfying with what I got. Till now, I visit for Maintenance every 5k miles and the advisor always helpful( most of them) especially Akanimoh, he got what I want and expect for my baby car. 👍 spend time to get what you want with what you pay for.

Do not leave a deposit, Leave the car.
I recently had an experience with Courtesy Nissan that left me extremely disappointed. After finding what I thought was the perfect car and putting down a deposit to hold it, I ended up finding a better deal elsewhere. When I asked for a refund on my deposit, the dealership made it incredibly inconvenient for me to get it back. Instead of issuing the refund over the phone or mail, they made me drive during rush hour in Dallas, an unnecessary and dangerous hour and a half journey from the west end of Fort Worth. They claim it's their policy, but it's a clear disregard for my time and gas. They knew I had found a better deal; they knew I didn't want their car anymore. And yet, they still made it incredibly inconvenient for me to get my deposit back. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They may not be keeping my money, but they're not treating customers with respect and fairness. Stay away from this dealership, there are much better options out there.

2021 Frontier TPMS
Been dealing with TPMS sensors since changing wheels . fYi newer Nissan sensors have some proprietary programming and you will need to go there. Courtesy Nissan tool care of this first try. Been dealing with Discount Tire and another Nissan dealership for almost 2 months. Major pain in the butt.
