Unethical dealership

Dealership would not honor factory rebates to the customer. Advertised price included rebates, but out the door "quote" was for far more money. Sales management was rude.

Consistentcy of Great Service

Brian has been my Service Advisor from day one. He has old school manners that are demonstrated to new/old customers. He presents well, is honest, and knowledgeable. His professionalism is cross platform. And, if you are just getting scheduled maintenance or having issues, his temperament is scalable to the situation. He gives his all to make your day better. GREAT used car buying experience

I was deeply impressed with the lack of pressure, we felt throughout this entire process. From calling to set up a test drive, to signing the papers. Our Sales person Jeffery was so helpful. He had the car up front and ready to go when we arrived. They were willing to let me hold the car until my husband could come back with me to test drive and were so helpful. We were nervous about the dreaded "Used Car Haggling and there was none of that. They allowed us to have an outside mechanic check out the car before we purchased. We left feeling that we were getting an amazing car, for a great price and were extremely happy and impressed by the entire process. Jeffery was our Sales, Barry was the Manager who also worked with us, and Carlos was our finance person. Really impressive team all around, highly recommend them for any car buying needs.

Do not go to service shop

Misdiagnosed the same problem twice within a 3 month span with the latter result being a 5500 repair to the Transfercase and of course still had to pay the 175 diagnostic fee

Poor Salesmanship and Left a Sour Impression

I researched and searched for our Chrysler via the internet and found a vehicle that met our needs listed. I submitted an interest request form and was contacted by the dealership that night that the car I found was still available. But when I arrived the next morning the car was miraculously unavailable. They did have other models that they tried to bait and switch on us. And for the next week afterwards, I continued to get emails from DarCars that my interested car was still available and would I schedule a sales meeting. The salesman and financer were derogatory to my wife and inconsiderate to my repeated request for an expedited sales process. We were repeatedly left alone to wait while staff had personal conversations within our view. I honestly feel that when I forced the price that was fair and reasonable to me, all sense of urgency and service were abandoned by even the sales managers. The one thing I did appreciate was not being hounded by 3 other sales people offering weather proofing/wax, accessories, and warrantees. The salesman and manager set the price and the financier offered the warrantee without a hard sell. The only reason they get 2 stars overall. Unless your prepared to truly eat time and battle a stacked deck, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.


Rude and unprofessional

Rude and unprofessional. The finance worker acts like a child with his passive agressiveness and terrible attitude. The sales rep that i worked with does not reply and lies about things working when they are broken.


Great Service!

Great to work with Spence and Tony while purchasing my wife's new VW Golf. I was a little stressed having my two young kids with me, but they were more than accommodating and understanding. Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. We came in already knowing exactly which car we wanted, so perhaps that added to the ease of the transaction. I have no doubt that even an uncertain buyer would have a great experience as well.


Awesome Experience

I'm going to echo what many others have said - this was truly the best car buying experience I could imagine. After a miserable experience at Ourisman VW of Rockville (don't go there!) the guys at Darcars saved the day and the reputation of dealers everywhere. Dean and Keith were amazing and they gave me an even better deal. I shopped around quite a bit and no other dealer came close in terms to value or customer service. There were no shenanigans - Keith provided me a complete quote via email so I had it in writing. I came in, the documents were ready, and Dean walked me through the process without any hiccups and gave me a fair deal on my trade in. Great price, great rates, seamless process, and outstanding customer service - truly never felt like they were salesman in any fashion. Darcars, and particularly Keith, Dean, and Sadji, does it right. I strongly recommend.
