Stranded in Midlen!

Had some engine trouble in our Jeep Grand Cherokee on our way home to Oklahoma late on a Saturday night. Left Key in the drop box and called first thing on Monday morning. Melinda, the assistant service manager, answered my call and after I explained our plight, promptly got our vehicle in to be repaired. We were back on the road by 10:30 am and on our way home. We are most appreciative of their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Stranded in Midlen!

Went by dealership, Sunday 7/31,car n/a, drove back 8/1 car n/a, emailed salesperson mike Moore 8/2 to inquire if vehicle was still available he answered back it was wanted to know if I had questions would be glad to help. Drove back to dealership Wed 8/3 car n/a. Emailed salesperson mike Moore on Thursday 8/5 inquired if car was still available, as I would be available and wanted to look at car. He sent a detailed list of equipment options and features and informed me that they would both be available on Saturday. I drove back to the dealership on Friday 8/6 vehicle n/a. Was on the lot Saturday morning as agreed at 9:05 am vehicle n/a and lot was not open. Called dealership for Mike, he came to phone, I told him who I was and was looking for the Mercedes we had been talking about, he said ok,!can you hold for a moment let me check to see if it is still available. He came right back, glad you called it is sold, told you it was nice it sold since late Friday evening.
