Searched for this year make and model 1999 Porsche 911 carrera 4 this car is a cream puff, only 21k miles , cabriolet with hard top, owner is a businessman after my own heart, I've owned my business for 40 years and he is a man of his word! I had been looking for a Porsche 911 (964) for some time. Rino had just listed a 1991 911 that was just what I was looking for. He had done some major servicing, new brakes, and new tires. The car was priced well. I live in California. I paid for a PPI. I was still concerned about the CA smog test. Rino guaranteed it would pass CA smog.While I waiting for a shipping date, Rino noticed the climate control was not working properly. He had it repaired at his cost. It passed CA smog. However, I did notice a few things that needed attention. Rino paid for these items. Rino is a man of his word and stands by his sales. I am an attorney and Rino impressed me from the start. Purchased the Bentley Flying Spur I always wanted! After a long phone conversation I decided to buy a plane ticket. I live I. Southern California where there are plenty of fancy cars for sale ... seemed like all the local places near me were too busy to sell a $60k car. Not Reno he was great. His passion for cars showed , even through the phone. He told me come out. Reno also said if the car was different then he described he would pay my travel expenses home ... Who does this, no one I've heard of ! So I bought my plane ticket, he had his assistant pick me up at the airport . It was not at all like the service I received locally where they just brushed me off. I got the red carpet treatment . Reno also thanked me several times for my business and told me how much he appreciated it. To further going to detail the local places brushed me off I wasn't important they didn't need my money they thought they were doing me a favor Reno is aces in my book I recommend him and his company to anyone in the used car market

2008 Turbo Porsche Don't believe anything you are told. Check everything yourself or hire someone to do it. Don't buy a vehicle from a distance. Fly up and check everything yourself. If you want a jack to change a tire or want a spare, check that it is there yourself. If you simply ask for it it don't expect to get it. If you want an owners manual check that it is there yourself. Don't ask for it and expect to get it. Anything you are concerned about check everything for yourself. If you buy from a distance and provide a list of the requirements like I did (multiple times) don't be surprised if the vehicle arrives with none of the things you requested. Don't trust anything you are told. Closely check everything yourself

my wife and I were in search of a Pontoon boat and came across one that was for sale at R&R Motors. Our experience was very positive. Rino was nothing but a gentleman thru the whole process. We found him to be fair and honest. He also went above and beyond after the purchase. He housed the boat until our marina allowed us to put it into the water. He towed it down to the marina for us as we didn't have a vehicle that could do so, and then launched it. He helped me get it to the dock and showed me how to keep it tied down correctly, none of which he had an obligation to do but as being a decent human being felt it was the RIGHT thing to do. For that I say "THANK YOU RINO"! I reccomend that if you are looking for a used car dealer that is not stereotypical, Rino at R&R motors is that dealer!

I purchase a Lexus IS 300 Sportcross from R and R motors and I had a wonderful experience. Rino was always patient to answer all my questions and he was very honest about all the car details. Rino helped me find a shipping company to transport my car to California. Car arrived perfectly and I was very happy with my purchase. I purchased a BMW from Rino about a month ago. I have been buying auto's for about 35 years and have never had such a positive experience. From just having the quality auto, to negotiating a price, to driving away, never has the process been better. I really shouldn't rate the quality of repairs, I didn't need any. Purchased a BMW about a month ago. Rino and Rich were very helpful. Answered questions and transition went smoothly. End result I purchased a car in very nice condition for a reasonable price. I wish that more dealers would follow their way of doing things. Very personable and accurate about the car. I can't really say anything about repairs, I haven't needed any. Overall, the best buying experience I have had in my forty years of buying cars, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, give them a call, you won't be disappointed. I will be back, and so will my son.
