Took 5 days for a 1 day repair job.

Took 5 days for a 1 day repair job. Also was supposed to get a 52pt inspection, which I argue never happened. I say this because I have at least 6 items recognized by another mechanic that Acura dealership did not see in this inspection.

I was disappointed that it took 5 days to repair a 1 day

I was disappointed that it took 5 days to repair a 1 day repair after a made an appointment. Also a 52pt inspection was done in which nothing was found, but had another mechanic show me at least 6 things that needed attention.

I went to Park Place Acura for my first scheduled maintenance. The appointment was great from beginning to end! I will not dread the next time my car needs service.

Overall service was good.

Overall service was good. When setting an appointment on line not sure why you are required to answer questions....when you arrive no one knows why you are there. Wait time is off the charts...again why set an appointment if it does not speed up the process. Sat for right at two hours for a 5 or 10 minute software update for a recall.
