I have been dealing with trophy Nissan for about 10 years now and I keep coming back, friendly no pressure seamless car deals. From the sales team to the finance to the management, this is a first class dealership.

I called them and confirmed that the car was there. Yessi was the girl I spoke with. I set an appointment to drive over to see the car at 3pm. I then get a text with a video of the car. Then I received another call saying that it was sold. About 15 minutes later I get a call that their credit wasn't approved and the car was available. Five minutes later I get three calls which I could not answer from another manager. He leaves me a voice mail that the car had a deposit on it and was not available. These people have no idea what they are doing. This happened several years ago at this same dealership. I won't make that mistake again.
