Picked out the GX I wanted, they gave me good value for my trade in and I wrote a check for the difference. They delivered my certified GX and drove off... in my trade car.

Best car buying experience in Dallas by far!! I went here after experiencing terrible service from a dozen other dealers within the area over the last... week and then I hit the jackpot. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Im not easily impressed but this dealer came with their A Game.

I had a great experience at Sewell Bought a used car but had seen them put the big red bow on the new cars and said it was a lovely touch when I went... out to get mine they had done the same for me I was delighted They have called every week to make sure I’m happy with my purchase and to see if there is anything they can do Amazing service

After testing other cars finally found a deal which apparently is ok. A small part in the trunk was damaged and they fixed it no extra cost.

I was in the market for a Lexus LC500 and Sewell Lexus of Dallas had just the car. I went into the dealership not having worked with anyone, where I ultimately... met Jeff Price. Everything was flawless and I am loving my car. I'd definitely recommend this dealership!

Today is 11/25/19. I leave town tomorrow for a Thanksgiving trip. I just spent thousands on a car repair two weeks ago. Yesterday, the car is showing the... same danger message for the repair supposedly made two weeks ago. The entire breaking system was the issue I was told. The fix was expensive. The car cannot drive with this error. It has to be towed. So here I am with a need to prepare to leave town, and have no transportation. And will be gone a week, and do not trust that the correct repair was made two weeks ago, and what the diagnosis will be today. Two services before this last one, I had to return the car. I do not know what else to say or do. I have been a Sewell customer for a very long time. Never seen it this bad.

Wasn't impressed by communication. Seems like they could use better ways to communicate if they're high asking price isn't automatically signed. Pretty... standard otherwise. Low ball offer on trade in and want top dollar on their car. Facilities are nice.

Excellent overall experience. Was asked pertinent questions and Craig showed me cars that fit what I was looking for - didn't upsell me and no pressure.... Got a wonderful car at a fair price. Highly recommend Sewell.

I was fortunate to deal with Russell Young, based upon recommendation from a friend. Mr. Young was incredible--genuinely nice person, gave the best offer... and beat a local Austin Lexus dealer by a significant margin, but that's not what sold me on working with Sewell Lexus--it was definitely my lengthy communications with Mr. Young--he never said anything disparaging of the other dealer nor of their attempts to secure a deal. He was forthright, gave the bottom line, drive away price, and had the new RC DELIVERED to me at my place of work. He followed up. Never pressured me in any fashion. I will definitely return, will get the best deal from Mr. Young, and surely, he will have to come down to Austin, eat bbq, and deliver another vehicle.
