Car pro in shelby

Very friendly, fast and worked with me like no one esle has, to help me get my son a car and he has no credit , the best used car dealership around. Mike is a wonderful, good Christian man, very very satisfied

Bought our Last 3 Cars There

Over the last several years, my wife and I have bought 3 cars from Mike and Car-Pro. Each time they have listened to our needs, tried to find the right cars within our budget, and make sure we were satisfied. Tremendous service has always been the hallmark of each experience. We highly recommend them.

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

We went in to car pro to have a oil leak fixed and the mechanic told us the same thing as the Mitsubishi dealership said, that it was a valve cover leak. Car Pro gave us a better price than the dealership so we went with them after the mechanic did confirm it was the valve cover leaking( ONLY). We went a little over a week with it still leaking due to the mechanic saying he tried to clean up all the leftover oil mess he made during repair. so we thought the spots on the carport was the leftover mess but really it was still a leak. we took it back and they did recheck it and is now saying that it's from the front cam shaft seals and or front crank shaft seal and also oil is coming from under timing belt cover and wanted to charge an additional $363 bucks from what we had already paid. we would not be upset if he had told us in the beginning what was leaking and give us the option to fix it. I will never go there again and unless they make this repair right. I would've got these findings fixed had he told us all of this in the beginning.

Very Pleased

What a refreshing experience. No high pressure sales tactics. I dealt with Justin; he was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. He was able to get me approved for financing when no one else could. It was very much worth the drive from Charlotte.

Great Experience!

Car Pro is not the largest car dealership out there, but they were very knowledgable and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly they were. I didn't feel like I was being sold to or pressured to buy something.
