Contacted Bose motors about a car they had advertised for sale. John responded with email. Gave some general information and I asked for more specifics. I asked if the wipers, radio, turn signals, etc worked. I also asked for a few photos of undercarriage. John's response was "We don't ship cars, people who ask those questions want cars shipped. "Not once did I inquire if they shipped cars. Their lot is over an hour away. I responded that people ask those questions to know if it is worth their time to drive over an hour to look at a car. John never answered the questions. I am guessing he didn't want to put anything in writing that would be proven wrong. Big red flag which lets you know there is a lack of integrity and honesty at this place. It seems the negative reviews are correct and the positive reviews are most likely AI generated.

I had a really good experience at Bose Motors buying a 2011 BMW 528i in February 2024. I found the car on cars dot com and their website. I live 3 hours away so I called and spoke with Mike and he confirmed it was on the lot and answered all my questions. My wife and I traveled over the next day and purchased the car. Price was reasonable for the vehicle and its condition. Mike was pleasant and easy to talk to. Nice guy. See Mike for pleasant experience at bose. Detail staff did a great job, nice and shinny! No bogus fees other than small doc fee which is reasonable. 3rd purchase from Illinois in 2 years, by far the best place to buy so far.

I bought my second truck in 4 years from Bose. The first was a champ. It did all I asked of it and remained reliable the entire time I owned it. I needed more weight and tow capacity and ended up back at Bose. Same great experience as the first time. The sales staff was helpful, open and directly answered my questions. I never experienced any evasion from them or doubt that they are being truthful. Their assistance with financing was great. It's been three months and after a few maintenance stops and a new set of tires, I'm very happy with this truck. Understand you're buying used and plan accordingly. If you want perfect, buy new. Although that's no guarantee either. Good, solid vehicles at a decent price. I absolutely will return to Bose should I be in the market for another vehicle. Incidentally, the first truck is still in the family being a reliable hauler. Can't beat that!

Just want to say Thanks Mike for your great customer service and the entire Bose Motors team. They were responsive to my questions and allowed me to test drive my used vehicle. When I came to pick up the vehicle, my plates was already on my paperwork was ready to sign and my Lexus was clean and shinned all up.

The worst dealer I dealt with. I asked for the keys to the vehicle and he (Mike) said sure but the price is firm. After looking at the vehicle I ask if I can take it for a test drive. He kept saying sure but the price is firm and wouldn't go down at all. Not even here to talk about his xxxxx price! This guy seems prejudice and was not friendly at all.

Had a good experience dealing with Mike. I've had my gmc for 2 weeks now and so far so good! Shout out to the detailer too for having truck so clean! I will give an update review as well to give truck some break in time. For now I will highly recommend!

I have personally purchased 3 vehicles and referred 2 family members who also purchased vehicles from Mike at Bose. The atmosphere is laid back and no pressure. Service is friendly and courteous. The inventory is usually higher mileage, but well maintained as the free Carfax report on every vehicle points out. Buy with CONFIDENCE!

I looked on line for a Tahoe found a 2012 on A website and the Tahoe was at Bose looked great and great price. I called to see if it was still available and Jim answered phone he was polite and professional said it was still available I told him I lived 1 hr away and wanted to come see it he said ok he asked my name and when I got there he remembered me was polite and professional gave me the keys let me look it over with no pressure came back again no pressure I told him I needed few more minutes and would like to drive it , he had already told me I could take for a drive when ready. He did the usual stuff took a copy of my drivers license let me go on a test drive , let me tell you this Tahoe was as clean in person if not cleaner as the pictures and I simply loved it, it drives as good as it looks which was great. He made the financing and paperwork painless, he got me a very good rate considering the current rates, me and my family went down the street for lunch he said he would call when I was approved let me tell you it was fast we ordered food didn’t even get it and he called saying we got approved. ( that was great) finished lunch finished paperwork and we left with a Beautiful new to us Tahoe and a great feeling from our experience. Let me tell you Jim knows his stuff I won’t go into detail because this is already way to long. Another man greeted us and congratulated us when we were leaving. very nice staff and I would highly recommend this dealership.
