Service department customer service has fallen way off of...

Service department customer service has fallen way off of the charts. Won't recommend or use again. Waited 3 hours for an oil change just to be told they never pulled my truck in. Not only did I not get my service, but wasted 3 hours for absolutely nothing.

Took three hours for oil change. I was told it would be a...

Took three hours for oil change. I was told it would be a few minutes. One of the techs smoked strawberries vape in my truck and left his vape machine in it. The charged me $571. That’s ridiculous.

I feel like I was taken advantage of by the service department. Luckily I went elsewhere for a second opinion. I contacted the general manager about my experience and the service department should be ashamed.

We had no issues with our salesman but when I called with...

We had no issues with our salesman but when I called with issues not completed, the person I initially spoke with said he would take care of things but didn’t. A manager contacted me when I reported some issues and he took care of all but 1 issue. Still waiting to hear about a second fob. Already had to pay $250 for problem with vehicle even though we purchased new warranty.
