All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Fiat of San Angelo

My husband and I are military here for some training and had a leak in my transmission. We needed it to be done by the time we had to leave out of state but instead the service member Eddie kept giving my husband and I false hope. We were car less for 5 days until we just couldnt wait any longer and picked it up. Each time we went in there asked to speak with the Service Manager but the Associate stated we couldn't speak with him. No one was helpful and because we were on military orders would've thought this dealership would be military friendly. San Angelo Dodge is NOT Military friendly!!! Will never go here again or recommend this dealership! Would give 0 stars if I could!

Oscar Rodriguez was an amazing sales man. He delivered what we asked for and was patient with us. We’ve done business with Dodge and Oscar before and will continue to do so in the future.

I came in earlier in the week and talked to Cody about what I wanted, and told him about my complicated financial situation, and he showed me a truck and told me to come back today. I came back in with my family and we went over a lot of things and eventually he got me a price. I can’t say it was the exact price I wanted, it was higher than what I was looking for, but he worked with me and showed me all the options and never gave up, even though the whole ordeal lasted a while. Eventually I got to a price I could manage and he cut me a deal on the truck, so I was able to drive home in it. Even though it wasn’t the price I wanted, he helped me out and he definitely earned 5 stars and my business in the future if I need a new vehicle. I recommend him if you ever need a vehicle, he works with your budget and doesn’t push you into something you can’t afford.
