Excellent!
Excellent crew! Very accommodating. I had left feed in the bed of my truck and they kindly took great care that it stayed out of the weather. I take my hat off to this crew! Not only did they finish my pickup quickly, but they helped when I couldn't go pick it up right away due to hospital issues. Hands down, the best crew ever!

Not happy
Went in to get recalls repaired and check engine light on. My 2015 Ram 2500 diesel needed a third catalytic converter. Dealer replaced it. This morning after driving 15 miles my check engine light came back on. Had engine light code checked. Said the problem was a catalytic converter still. Not happy!!!!!

Fairly quick service, friendly people
This visit was very quick. Haley, my service advisor, was awesome! It is just difficult to reach the service department on the phone most of the time. I have to call back at least twice to reach someone. However, when I finally get them, they are very friendly and work to accommodate my schedule and needs.

What A Rip-Off! Scam Artists Work at ALL AMERICAN CHRYSLER!
I went in to purchase a Used Car January 2017. Brought in a cash deposit and knew because I didn't have good credit I'd have to pay high interest. Found a 2008 Chrysler Sebring with low miles so I thought I was getting a reliable car. Signed the paperwork and they told me they would detail the car and it would be mine. Waited 10 days for the car to be cleaned and only got it because I called and yelled at the salesman that wouldn't return my calls the previous 10 days. Fast forward to now. Have replaced 2 tires that were incredibly worn, ($300+ plus hotel fees because was traveling), battery fails to start the car when it's either too Cold or too Hot, and it honks randomly while driving and even when it is parked. I've paid $5, 814 in car payments (that doesn't include the $6 fee to pay it monthly) $1, 285 has gone to the actual purchase of the car because my interest was set at 25.14% interest. Car has dropped in value from $6500-$3500 in 1 year 7months. Basically, I'm upside down in a car that will not last the next 4 years and 2 months ($9, 680 to go) it would take to pay off the car. Thanks so much BLING....glad hardworking people get to pay for your stupid gold grill. Vampires!!

Oil change
The employees I dealt with were professional, courteous, and friendly. As always, the service people promptly took care of my oil change. I've never filled out a review where I had to use at least a minimum number of words. Isn't this a bit much? They dun good work. That's all I got to say.

Got what we wanted
It was a good experience buying a car from here. We initially went to do A trade and get something around the same year model but they showed us new cars that would be A better choice for our family. My husband left that day with a 2018 charger and we don’t regret our decision it’s and awesome car.
