Bought a PT crusier and had nothing but problems! Car was junk and cost me slot of money! They doctored the car to sell it. Will never buy from them again!

Pretty much can't say enough good about these guys! I'd been shopping for a used Jeep Commander for a week or two near my hometown of Minneapolis, MN. I looked at a couple and they both had issues. I broadened my search and found one for sale from 391. I explained that I was interested and would drive down from Minneapolis to buy it if it passed an inspection. Before the inspection, Prentice took more detailed photos of every little issue and sent them to me. Then he personally drove the car to third party shop for inspection. It checked out great except for two issues that 391 repaired at NO COST TO ME. We had already agreed on a price if it passed inspection, so they just fixed that stuff and didn't increase the price. I drove down the next morning, and after a test drive, and 5 minutes of paperwork, I left with the car at the agreed-upon price. I've had it for a few weeks now and absolutely no surprises. The price was lower than all the others I was looking at, and the vehicle is in better condition. Next time I'm in the market for a used car, I'm actually going to call down there first! It's well worth the drive for someone you can trust, and an unbeatable price!

I am happy with working with the group at 319 Motors i bought a 2004 Envoy Charley and John were great answered all of my questions they were not push salesman which is great i went to many lots and they treated me the best i took my envoy out of town the weekend i bought it and upon returning there was some noise in the front end took it to the shop they sent me too and they picked up the bill to have it fixed i would recommend 319 Motors for all your used car needs

Long story, stick it out with me, it'll give you some insight to what these guys are about. I had been looking for the perfect car for awhile, as I'm sure a lot of other buyers that have to stick to a used car budget can agree with. I'd been to just about every dealership, and the issue I was running into was it was down right sketchy. Not only were a lot of the people pushy, but they would lie to my face. They'd tell me something wasn't a big issue and then I'd check in with friends that know their stuff, and to no surprise, the shrug off issue would be a catastrophic mess if left unfixed. Now trust me guys, I understand AS IS, but I don't need to be told that 5 times during a pitch. But back to where these guys are different, where they make their edge in this business. I had the pleasure of working with Charlie, not once, but twice. I had actually been there already. The things I loved instantly: Upfront about everything, and no pressure. It felt more like being at a car lot with a friend that was trying to show me the good deals. No preference in whether I got the 1k car or whether I was looking to spend 6k. He was willing to tell me the perks of every car and what real life disadvantages their were to getting each car. Everything is clean and upfront. And that's ANOTHER thing. Clean! I've been to so many dealerships where it doesn't seem like they care about the interior at ALL. That's where you spend ALL of your time in the car, and you know what, the interior was nice whether you were looking at the 1k car or the 15k car. The variety is really nice, all of the people are really genuine and helpful. There is a car in literally every price range. They didn't have the exact car I wanted and two weeks later, BAM!, new cars, ready to go. I don't know how you could have anything bad to say about this place. EXTREMELY happy with the car and service. 10/10 no doubt.

I bought a vehicle from here, although it had a oops Preston was wonderful helping me make plans to get it fixed... Very good company from what I can tell,friendly and in my opinion they go above and beyond for there customers. And the warranty is nice also ! Will report later on the repair part,still waiting to give my opinion on that.
