Cisco was very helpful. We really liked the car, but the check engine light was on. The dealership was going to follow up with us this Monday to let us know what the issue was, but we never heard back.

Beware of overpriced vehicles and charges
I'm assuming after reading they're initial reviews from years prior, that they have reduced the standards of providing its customers with exceptional customer service and with the promise to provide a great car at a decent value. I purchased a car at the end of 2021. My first look at their website 😍 on a white 4 door Chevy Malibu with chrome rims, and 15,500 price plus taxes and fees. Is why I went in. Although I was told it was still available when I arrived it was"sold". My biggest mistake is going alone. As a female, and as a new car customer, I was definitely mislead from the very start. As the time has lapsed, it has become more and more apparent that this was not a good honest deal, that I was actually frauded by the tactics and the extra add ons, Recently I reached out and spoke to Gm. At first he seemed like he was going to make things better, he said he knew the industry tactics and would like to see how he could help. But when I went into the office and asked him about the added features that my car (isn't equipped)with, but they told me , to just say yes to the bank, about navigation and upgraded stereo, e.g. I asked how much all those bogus features added up to, he said a few hundred dollars, I corrected him because just the ones we made up to be listed, added up to over 1,000 dollars. I knew he was full of sh too. Back to the evening I purchased car. I asked wouldn't that change the price of the car? They told me no not at all, it only means they would have to change the paperwork. Hmm, I didn't know better. But lately how more and more people have come fourth with similar experiences, I'm also doing g the same. My car is valued at 8,000-9,000. It was marked at 15,500 And the add ons and bogus fees Made it over 20,000 They total amount I will be paying for a 2017 elantra Stocked no added features with engine issues now in 2023. 31,000+.

Highly recommended. A+++ on all accounts. I came early in the morning, I was the 1st customer and within 2 minutes I was approached by a very kind and professional sales representative David. I was checking out if they have specific cars and features that I wanted like leather seats, Hybrid, etc,. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and really listened to my needs. Non aggressive, good energy, easy going. If you want a good sales rep ask for David. Customer Service was excellent. By the way, I am female who drove many different cars so I was aware what I like, like and pros and cons of different features which often correlates directly with price itself. I had a budget that I was willing to spend and maximum number of miles on a car. David completely understood my needs. No pressure whatsoever. Sales rep with common sense! I really liked that everyone I encountered that day had amazing listening skills. This was the 1st and only location I visited and I ended up buying a car that same day. I did not feel the need to go anywhere else. This seemed like a good team to do business with and so I purchased used Toyota Prius v. I did research prior to visiting this location and cars offered through Carfax, another fantastic website. This Escondido location had big selection of cars. I picked 1 out of at least 4 Toyota Prius vehicles on the lot, I got exactly the car I wanted and fantastic experience. Financing option was easy easy and short. Less than 5 minutes. They need your stated income, DL and then after submission, different banks offer different interest rates based on your credit rating. I lowered both my interest and monthly payment by offering larger down payment. However, that's up to you. 20% down definitely gives you better options. At the end I received copy of all documents included Carfax print out. All nicely put together in the folder by a manager. I did drive for about 30 min 2 cars prior to purchase. Highway and streets. I liked optional insurance products such as GAP and LoJack Theft Deterrent. Although I was asked if I want it, it's optional, I was willing to pay extra $795 for each, however now I have vehicle that can be tracked and recovered if stolen by police. I also checked You Tube videos on this, and I love it. The manager Diego gave me Free Oil Check for the future, number for insurance that ended up giving me cheap rate yet fantastic policy the following day. Vehicle I bought was all nice and clean, everything ready and prepared to go! Great people, great experience, highly recommend.

TERRIBLE, Bait & switch artists
After trying to see Cisco, who was unavailable and Ryan in Cisco's absence I attemped to buy with CASH a 2013 Toyota Tacoma (paying CASH) I firdt talked to Ryan who assured me that I wouldn't have to pay for their installation of an anti theft device that I didn't need. The clear coat on the hood was shot (my guy quoted $1200/$1500 to fix). I test drove the vehicle and was satisfied with $26,999 cash ready to purchase once per Ryans agreed to reduce the price for the $799 theft device which THEY INSTALLED which I didn't need..I was prepared to purchase the vehicle at $26,999 CASH...they wouldn't reduce the $799 for the security (which Ryan agreed to do) Heading up to Ontario to look at 2 newer Toyota Tacoma with similar milage and 2 years newer! Escondido Auto Super Store is your CLASSIC Bait & Switch operation...STAY AWAY!!!!!
