Fantastic Service

Jay Rose, the salesman, was so patient and caring -- It felt like he wanted to assist me and not "sell" me. The young man completing our paperwork was very professional - again, caring, not pushy. And to top off the excellent service, Sean explained all of the remarkable features of the car -- he was most patient and wanted to be sure I understood each step. Jay Rose is such an asset to your organization.

Poor support service from management.

We recently bought a 2022 GLB 250 from Baker Mercedes of Mount Pleasant 7-11-22. The purchasing experience was good dealing with Tim and Gil was very pleasant and made an easy purchasing experience. The following day I contacted a window tinting service recommended by the dealership, and was informed by the person at the window tinting service that tinting our brand new 2022 GLB 250 is not recommended because there is a known discrepancy with this vehicle that will scratch the tint. I had to be informed of this from the window tinting service and not the dealership, but come to find out my sales person was unaware but the service manager was aware of this issue. Upon contacting the dealership and my sales person I was informed that the fix that they recommend is $1200 and I would be expected to pay this. I contacted my sales person once again and let him know that this is unacceptable since it is a known issue from the factory of Mercedes. He consulted the sales manager who informed him that there is nothing that they can do and I would need to call customer service for Mercedes. The vehicle we purchased is very nice however I would expect a much higher level of customer service from Mercedes this is very disappointing and a complete failure in communication and leader ship of this dealership. The sales manager did not even bother contacting me himself instead had the young sales person who has only been working at the dealership for a short time contact me this speaks volumes for the leader ship in explains this failure. GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE

I bought a 2021 GCL 300 from this place, I can tell you I was treated as well as my wife like royalty, Chris Bassinger was super Great, and now I am thinking of owning a 2023 E-350 fully loaded, and I know the service will be great. This place is Great, a warm welcome by everyone, had the PLEASURE of Meeting the Owner Tommy Baker what a amazing man he is. 2023 E-350 here iI come.

Best car buying experience I've had!

I purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GL550 from Mercedes-Benz of Mt Pleasant yesterday and felt compelled to write this review because the experience went so well. I was looking to get the purchase handled quickly to get the tax benefit for 2021 so everything needed to happen fast. I contacted Matt Soto and we quickly got the process started. Matt was extremely professional and kind and answered all my questions about the vehicle and promised to hold it for my arrival. I was 6 hours away and was a little concerned about something going wrong in the process but hit the road with my wife that afternoon. We got into town late and got a hotel, then showed up early the next morning at the dealership. Matt was extremely nice and had prepared for our arrival as he said he would. Gil Harpe was the finance manager and he handled most of the paperwork and we discussed the warranties and what was included with a Mercedes Certified vehicle. Great guy to deal with and very down to earth. There were no high pressure sales tactics from anyone on site, and I highly recommend these guys. We were on the road headed back to Virginia by mid-morning and it could have been sooner if my wife and I hadn't talked so much, lol. Thanks guys!

Great Vehicle

We purchased a suv GL450 2016 Polar White.We are in Indiana. Alesia the Sales Manager was very nice and Scott, also there is another guy who helped too but I cant think of his name.I will say from the moment we showed interest in the car they worked with us, everything went threw on a Thursday so we werent expecting a delivery till the following Monday,but to our surprise the car arrived on a Sunday about 1pm it was very clean we looked threw it and under the hood VERY IMPRESSED! Drove it later on that day and WOW! Drives great! I would recommend this to anyone I know or who asks where to purchase a Great vehicle. It is very hard to trust someone especially when they are from another State but I knew they were very trust worthy and professional from the communication we had.The guy that transported the car was very nice too.GREAT JOB MT. PLEASANT if we do want another vehicle later on down the line you all will be the only one we come too.Thank you so much for all your help

Real Review.

Excellent service and follow through. They repaired what they agreed upon and as a bonus one gets free lifetime car wash. It seems to me that the old reviews are padded but this review is a real experience. Price was competitive and service good.

Aarica Davis, Salesperson extraordinaire

Mercedes-Benz of Mount Pleasant It has been years since I was responsible for purchasing a new car. Frankly, I had forgotten how to begin. Faced with overwhelm, I called Aarica Davis at Mercedes Benz of Mt. Pleasant. Arica spent the time necessary to find out what I liked, what I wanted to spend, and any other factors involved. Within hours, Arica had found exactly what I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership, the manager Tyler Mayberry greeted me, chatted for a long time, and then walked me over to Aarica's desk. Aarica made buying a car the easiest transaction I have had all year. The car was ready, the paperwork was filled out and information had already gone to finance. To my total surprise, I left that afternoon with my new ride.

The will scam you!!!!

Please avoid this car dealership. The will rip you off. They sold me a that had several safety issues and even more mechanical issues. Don’t be fooled by the big fancy building, they will screw you.
