They Stand Behind There Cars.

I purchased a 2000 K3500 truck in early March 2014. I live in Michigan and after searching the internet for over a month, I found the right truck at the right price. (actually about $3-$4K better then what I had seen anyplace else.) I convinced my wife to drive the 250 miles each way to go see it and we made the purchase. On the way back to Michigan, the truck jumped out of overdrive and stayed in 3rd gear. When I got home, I contacted my local mechanic and he worked with Henry at GMotorcars and tried to fix it. After 8 days, my local mechanic gave up and I contacted GMotorcars about fixing the transmission. We had a 90 day warranty but I was still skeptical about how things would work out. Much to my amazement, GMotorcars made arrangements to take my vehicle back to Arlington Heights to fix it. About a week later, Henry called me to let me know the transmission had been rebuilt. GMotorcars included a 12,000 mile/12 month warranty on the transmission and I now have it back. It drives great and I couldn't be happier. It was well worth the 500 mile round-trip to purchase this truck and in the future, I will look at GMotorcars first for any vehicle needs I have. A terrific company and great people to work with.

Great experience, no hassle

Bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra SR5 from Gmotors, and the experience couldn't have gone any more smooth. I had looked online for quite some time with no luck until I came across this Tundra. I called the dealer to ask a few questions about the truck, my salesman, Joe, stayed on the line while he physically looked over the vehicle for me. Joe was very honest and upfront about any wear and tear on the truck. After deciding this was a real possibility for me, Joe had the truck detailed upon me making the 3 hr drive to look at it. He even replaced part of the front bumper which had a small dent in it at no extra cost. Joe had a guy come in and air brush some scratches out as well. The truck was freaking perfect! Took it for a test drive and noticed the aux port was not working, so Joe drove me to radio shack and bought me an aux cable that was designed to work for automobiles, which worked great. Love my truck! I would buy another vehicle from these guys in a heartbeat. They helped me find financing, and got me a better rate than I found anywhere else. Overall I give them a 10 out of 10!

If you remember, your Lease Return had a payoff that did not make since trading it in, we didn't want your negative equity to carry over, leasing a new one made more since and we tried to explain that to you. We will recommend what's right, even if it means not selling a car. I'm sorry you felt that this was our fault, but we truly do everything we can to sell a car and make a long term customer. I just bought my 2010 Toyota camry XLE. I want to thank to all of you for everything. Process was smooth and easy. I had looked for 3 weeks and went to several places. Most of them wasted my time. Their cars are nicely maintained and outstanding than other dealers'. They helped me from start to finish. I have seen the car online and visited there, and took a test drive. I loved it. They offered me a best price and helped me out to finance on my budget. I am SO THANKFUL! I am sure this car will last me many years.

Great deal for a great car

I was in the market for a long time looking for the right car for the right price. I looked in small dealerships, big dealership, and even exotic dealerships. But I couldn't find the car that I wanted. I seriously shopped for a long time and I found the best deal at Gmotorcars: a 2006 Mercedes Benz CLK350 with 70,000 miles for the best price in the market. I called them and spoke to Ivan who was very nice and offered to let me test drive without checking my credit, which was different from the exotic dealerships I went to that carried Mercedes Benz cars. The car was beautiful and when I spoke to Joe, he was very open to negotiation and agreed to take my 2000 Nissan Quest for my down payment, which some dealerships were not willing to give me a lot for. He even gave me a great warranty. When I took my car home, I noticed a crack in the windshield. So I called Gmotorcars and they told me to bring it in. They replaced the entire windshield. When I thought I messed up my transmission, they looked at it even though nothing was wrong. The people at Gmotorscars are very kind and understanding. They are very knowledgeable and will not try to lure you into any scam. They're great people who treat you like family. I would definitely recommend their business! These guys are amazing!

Trusting Honest & Personable Best Experience Ever

I had been looking to purchase a vehicle for quite some time. And I have to say that I finally found the one!!!!!! Nice, clean, with lots of value, at a great price...... Being a female, several stores tried to take advantage of the fact that I am not as knowledgeable with the car market. Joe helped me understand all the paper work top to bottom. I walked out of there with a sense of comfort and confidence knowing that I made the right decision. I most definitely will recommend him to my friends and family.

Gmotorcars is the place to go

I have been in the market looking for the right car, with the right mileage, for the right price. But it seemed like everywhere I looked, I couldn't find a reasonable deal. I test drove Hondas, Nissans, Mini Coopers, and even Porches. But I couldn't find the right car. Finally, I found a Mercedes Benz, CLK350 series in Joe's lot. It had 73,000 miles for $14,500. I found the right car, with the right mileage, for the right price. But I was hesitant since my down payment was going to be my 2000 Nissan Quest. One dealership was willing to give me $1000 for my van but that was because they were a Nissan Dealership. I wasn't sure how a small, family owned dealership was going to handle my trade in. But Joe was willing to take my Van for $500 and give me 100,000 mile warranty for 5 years. Plus, Joe's team of people were very kind and understanding. The first salesman I spoke to was Ivan and he was very humble. He was offering us a test drive without a credit check, which was different from the other dealerships we went to. Most of them wanted to check my credit first before they would even let me test drive their cars (Most of them were exotic car dealers). Their mechanics were wonderful too. After we settled on the financing, I took the car out and noticed a crack on the windshield. I called Joe right away and he told me to bring the car in and they fixed it. Joe's father was very accommodating and he even detailed the car (Which they were going to do but I took the car out before they were able to). Overall, I found a great deal at Gmotorcars. Joe and everyone who works there were amazing. They treated me like family and were even understanding when I thought I messed up my transmission and took the car back (There was nothing wrong with it). I definitely recommend them! If you're in the market for a new or used car, Gmotorcars is the place to go. their deals are very reasonable and the people are very capable. Thanks a lot guys!

Easy In Easy Out

Had a water pump replaced by Gmotorcars. Price was 1/2 of what some other repair shops wanted. Job was done within a couple of hours. Will be taking my car back for any future repairs/maintenance. Thanks, Raven

Finds what you need

My wife and I were looking to trade in our 2001 Jetta for a Saturn Vue and Joe found one for us within days. He was able to finance us and we couldn't be happier about our purchase. As a matter of fact, I was able to save about $2,000 buying from him than at any other dealer in the area. Since purchasing our Vue, I've had to bring in my other vehicle to get a suspension noise taken care of and Joe's father was able to fix the problem with no issues..again, saving me time and money!

SELLS WRECKED CARS

Went here through a recommendation from the owners friend. Went to their first shop, They didn't even have a lift for the cars. That should have been the first clue. I turned my head to a few items (missing arm rest, in-op brake lamps, and countless scratches on bumber.. They said they replaced one....that comes up later) Due to the fact that he was a so called friend and said he would take care of it when the parts came in.... Well that never happened. Then, when I went to go get my oil changed, the tech at the shop showed me that the radiator (core) support was cracked and pushed back 4 inches. He said due to the damage on the support and the lack of damage on the bumper, Its obvious that a bumper was put on after the wreck. It, also had a brand new cooling fan. That told him that someone was defiantly in there after the accident. When I took it back to GMOTORs, The old man told me that I must of hit something and proceeded to take a pry bar to the radiator and core support to try and bend it back....really guy? Luckily my new mechanic showed up and stopped him. He asked him about if he had 20+ years in field, how could he miss that on the inspection. Then it got heated....I could keep going and going. Overall, these guys are HACKS, and CON MEN! If you want a junk car with a voidable warrenty as soon as you drive off the lot...these HACKS are the CONS for you!
