I bough a dodge 2012 for my business . They sold me a mopar extended guaranty which supposed to cover any damage. This car had problems since the beginning,... the cruise control didn’t work it was hard to they repaired then the heater stopped working and they told me the mopar guaranty did not apply for it. Then I talked with repair and service manager and she was very rude then she called th sales man asking about the condition of that car and he said by phone in front of me that car had a lot of problems and she cut the conversation telling him The customers is in front of me. She hang off the phone and she was rude telling me in few word that is nothing she can do about it. later I spoke with the financial guy who recommended me to buy the mopar guaranty and he said the same thing. It is not his responsibility. So the owner should put an eye on his employees.
They make promises they do not intend to keep. They never call you back. They are very rude and seem to fire whoever actually attempts to make things right.... Do not purchase from them.
I bought two used trucks from this place and their other store, Bonham. Neither were stellar deals but we’re what I was looking for. Both times I... flew in and drove out. Both times the vehicles were in worse condition than described. I let it slide. They were used trucks. When I was haggling to buy a new truck, I was told by the salesman to “xxxx or get off the Pot”. No joke. Good thing he texted that to me, as I sent it to his manager, who, did nothing. I got off the pot and spent my $67,000 elsewhere. I’ve bought several new and used vehicles since, and will never recommend this place or their sister dealerships to anyone. Those six words has cost this dealership over a hundred thousand dollars in lost sales from myself alone...and it doesn’t appear I’m the first or the last. Seeing that xxxxx in a cowboy suit on their billboards still infuriates me, as I pass by in my newest Ram, purchased from another dealer.
I sent a email and the quickly responded and stayed on top of what I was looking for. I will definitely try and do business with them throughout this process.
I made an apt to test drive a Jeep. When I arrived the person I made the apt was not there. I was set up with another sales person who let me test drive... the car. However the price on the website was 2,000 cheaper than what they wanted for the car. I asked about the website site price was told I must have miss read the site. So I pulled it up on my phone showing them the advertised price. Finally I left the dealership. Later a sales manager called and spoke to me about the issues, we agreed on terms pricing and time I could pick up the car for i would not waster another day off work. When I got to the dealership a second time was told they would not honer a deal made by text message. Moral of the story DO NOT TRUST.
Terrible way to do business. After making an appointment to drive 6 hours to view the vehicle they sold it before we got there and said it was on a service... hold. Asked for travel reimbursement but they would not come out of the office or return calls. Do not use this dealership or Mason.
Basic communication with the sales people via phone, text, or email took days to respond on several occasions, and while negotiating, received a text from... a sale person stating "I won't miss your business"... Who says that?! They also gave me mis-information several times, and the sales rep failed to show up for our scheduled appointment. Upon looking at the vehicle, the coolant tank was a quart below the minimum, there was no windshield fluid, the oil change light was on (and 8k miles overdue per the window sticker), and there was less than a gallon of gas in the tank when I drove it off the lot. They also neglected to clean the vehicle as there were wrappers, crumbs, and actual cookies throughout the entire car. I purchased because it was the exact vehicle I wanted, but the experience and lack of professionalism was astounding. There are many more reputable dealerships to choose from, and this is not one of them.
