Buyer Beware !!!! This dealership is a complete scam, they advertise a price of a car on their website and when you go to make the purchase, they tell you have to pay an additional $995 dollars for dealership etching of the vehicle and 1995.00 dollars for a warranty that is only good for fixing scratches and dents and replacing lost keys. This is deceptive trade at best, I think no one should ever buy a car from this dealership. any of the good reviews on this site are written by employees of this dealership
VERY POOR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
They had a vehicle i wanted. i live about 50 miles away and I have cash and no trade. They have a reputation for dealer add ons when you go to close so I asked what those were and how much they were so I could decide if it was acceptable. I did no say i would not purchase them. I am a very serious buyer with limited time and like to cut to the chase. I would likely have come to get the vehicle that day had they just given me some information. Asked for a bottom line with itemized add ons and was told I had to come in to get a final price and for them to tell me what their "add ons" even were and what they cost. At least they did acknowledge they require them of all buyers which is what I had been told. I have purchased my last three vehicles in other states and flown to pick them up an had the paperwork handled before i went to the airport. Greenville Chrysler told me they would never let me do that, I had to come in and go through their "process". "We don't deviate from our process" was the exact quote. I smelled an old fashioned bait and switch so I walked away. So frustrating when you find exactly what you are looking for, have all the ability in the world to buy, have a short time to get a deal done and get treated this way. Strongly advise going elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE! What a horrible experience! My husband and I found a used vehicle on-line at this dealership that we were interested in, and after communicating with Emit to make sure that it was still available, we made an appointment to drive out to Greenville to see it. Afterwards, we agreed to pay the full price listed on the internet for the vehicle and waited for Emit to draw up the paperwork. We were quite shocked when he came back to us with a contract that included approximately $4,000.00 in dealer warranties, etc. added to the price of the vehicle that we had not asked for or even discussed! We told him that we didn't need any of the extras, but just wanted to buy the vehicle for the price listed. Long story short, he as well as the manager told us that we could not buy the vehicle without agreeing to and paying for the dealer add-ons. I told the manager that in all of my years of purchasing vehicles, I have never been told that I couldn't buy a vehicle for the price listed. His response was "everyone does it." Wow! So, if other people are being dishonest, that makes it ok?!! Moral of the story - if you see a car listed on-line at Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and think that you can purchase it for the price listed, think again. Save yourself the drive and the headache and move on to an honest dealer that knows the meaning of integrity and good customer service.

Looked at Dodge Charger r/t at this dealership. Price on Cars.com does not include dealer add on which add $3000 to the price of the car.
Greenville Chrysler Service
Dropped of truck on 1/6/22 to determine the noise was at rear end. ! week later, 1/13, I called to find out what the issue was. Was told by Shane, rear axle bearing was going bad, all parts available in Dallas and would be in 1/14, and vehicle should be done 1/18. I called on 1/18, was told they needed shims, should be done 1/19. I called on 1/19 was told needed a gasket. Shane said they are working on 60 other vehicles also so may be 1/20 before they were done. Not once did they call with a status. On 1/18 I left a message with the service manager. She did not return my call. On 1/19 I left a 2nd message with the service manager. About 15 minutes later she returned my call. Shane had just spoke with her. Both she and Shane had given the usual speech about not knowing what they need until they get into the job. My estimate was almost $2600 out the door for the repair. How is this possible without knowing what parts they need and that parts were available locally on 1/14. She told me if I still wanted the detail service, the truck would be ready on 1/20. I told her forget the service and I would be there to pick up the truck before closing. I hope the repairs are performed correctly.

BE CAREFUL of Greenville Dodge. I caught them in a bait and switch yesterday on a new Truck. They had a 2022 Laramie with everything I wanted on it at a good price. I called and made an appt to go see it. On the way there the salesman Jerry called me and said that they were told by Chrysler to pull it and use as a Loaner vehicle for their top of the line customers. I had money in hand for this vehicle if it was what I wanted. I wasn't real happy as I was half way to Greenville. I asked to talk to the Sales Manager and when Arron came on he told me the same thing, but he had another at a sister lot and but for more money. That he would be happy to have it brought over for me to look at. I told him I would but I wanted it at the same price as the one I was wanting. He then stated it would be about an hour before he had in on site. I gave him over 2 hours and when I got there. Well Guess what ? it wasn't and when I said he said it would be there he stated, I said today sometime. I then got up and told him I was done with them and that I would go elsewhere. He followed me to my truck and stated, Go ahead and be done, don't want your business anyway.
