Brian O'keefe was new to the dealership, but he was extremely friendly and welcoming. He worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted and made sure that I understood the car, its options, how to work everything and the overall purchase process. Christina Devita was the finance manager I worked with. She was also very friendly and extremely informative and competent. I went in with the intent of purchasing and she showed me the costs for buying and finanacing as compared to leasing. It turned out that leasing was a better option for me. The experience was unbelievable.

Was look for specific Jeep grand cherokee with specific package and wheels, and found it on Atlantic jeep parking lot. Salesman Mike Koz was easy to work with and friendly and Brian offered his best price, which was acceptable. And i leased my Jeep. I will highly recommend this dealership, I also brought my cousin there for Dodge Durango.

Salesman, Jason Lopez was very helpful, fair and friendly. Seems that the salesmen do not have much autonomy, however. Spent a considerable amount of time going back and forth to boss to negotiate out pricing. Over-all got a good deal, but was a very long process.

I wanted to take some time to provide a few details of my great experience at this Atlantic dealership. I for one use to work in auto sales and am aware of plenty of the gripes that usually occur in this industry. Rest assured that this dealership provided an excellent all around experience. I was looking to get out of my almost 8 year old car and into an SUV, and was shopping around at numerous brands to make sure I picked the one I would be most happy with in the end. During my first trip here was to compare the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee with the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I wanted to see the differences in interior and cargo space and also the driving differences. The sales Consultant I dealt with was Richard Link, he took the time to find both vehicles for me to test drive so I could compare the differences and answered any questions I had along with providing some personal recommendations based on my needs as well. I did also speak to the Sales Manager Kyle Cadolino during my first visit who explained some payment options I had not even considered. Both were very patient and understanding that I wasn't really crunching numbers until I determined which SUV I wanted to get. If it was Jeep, it was going to be the Jeep Grand Cherokee as the size better suited my needs, especially cargo space. Fast forward a few days, after my friend and I were able to go out and test drive some of the other SUVs I was considering. I had ruled out other SUVs and it was coming down to the Hyundai Santa Fe or the Jeep Grand Cherokee, at this point the price and deal being offered was going to be a factor in my decision. So I came back to Atlantic Jeep, met with Richard Link again to drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee again so my friend could also see what I was considering. After what was now the 3rd test drive in total, I wanted to know what the numbers would be for a Jeep Grand Cherokee I had my eye on. We were able to finalize numbers and work up an excellent deal and I am now a very happy owner of a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee! I was picking up the Jeep a few days later and on that day also dealt with Anthony Macca to finalize the financing, etc. I drive a lot and for me an extended warranty made a lot of sense, in the end I went with the Lifetime Warranty and Anthony Macca took time to explain payment options which worked for me and logically made sense in the long run. I will definitely recommend this dealership and anyone I dealt with during my transaction. Great all around experience! Thanks, Brian **** 12/28/2013 UPDATE **** As I am a honest person I must update and add some very important information. Notice I said add... I will not take away the good I documented above, however it is only fair to inform the public of the following. While I was reviewing my financing I was informed of a payment program called SMART PAYMENT PLAN, that would be able to save me money over the length of the loan as they take bi-weekly payments. Makes sense doesn't it?... well I was not disclosed that there were fees to process the payment! 2.95% if linked to credit card, or $1.95 if linked to checking account directly. I realized this when my credit card had a charge on it which was larger then my payment amount, which by the way was not supposed to begin till late Jan 2014. So someone messed up here. After speaking with a rep at Smart Payment Plan, reviewing the fees vs the benefits which are portrayed as Term Reduction, Interest Savings, & Payoff Acceleration... the following is the facts. Term Reduction is because there are 26 bi-weeks in a year (only 12 months x 2 payment = 24, so this is why the term is less as your making 1 extra months payment each year)... Interest Savings is minimal if you have a low APR... and Payoff Acceleration is verbally told to you as the amount you would save... WRONG... their website says "Payoff Acceleration is the amount you would still owe the bank (if you don't sign up) when you payoff the loan using our program"... yea because you would simply make more payments. So in the end the only real savings is the small interest savings. After fees I would of paid a lot more as I was linked to Credit Card. Called Smart Payment Plan and cancelled the plan. No thanks I'll make payments myself and save money. In summary, DECLINE the SMART PAYMENT PLAN. Brian

Anthony was a very nice guy. He wasn't too pushy. I walked in the dealership with the new car appraised and the trade in. We agreed the prices were fair. I think we both left satisfied.

Went in to the dealership just wanting to see the differences between the Jeep Overland and the Jeep Summit. The sales associate that helped me was friendly from the start and very willing to help. I was greeted within minutes of entering the dealership. He was patient in helping me test drive the car even though I knew that the Jeep Grand Cherokee was my car of choice and we sat in the cars and discussed the benefits of each car. I was surprised to find out that James was actually knew at the dealership. He already seemed like someone that was comfortable in dealing with customers and was able to get me answers about the car even if he didn't know off-hand for some of the odd questions I had when comparing the two models. I told him that I wasn't looking to buy that day but we sat down and talked numbers. We worked out a price that I was comfortable with but being at a high end summit model, we had to look for another dealership with the car. Unfortunately for me, the car was nowhere near by and as it was a Thursday night, they weren't able to locate the car until early the following week. I was a bit frustrated but was told that the dealership trades don't typically occur during the weekend as cars are moving too quickly that dealerships aren't likely to want to give a car to another dealership. Being unaware of this I was frustrated and called James and also talked with the manager, Kyle. It was clear that they wanted to keep me happy and offered me something to keep my business with them. Yes it took me over a week to get the car but I did get exactly what I wanted and you can't expect to really walk out of the dealership that same day if you have an exact car you want (it's hard to fault them in the ratings for this when I wasn't educated enough to know how the dealership trades work and neither was James at that time). I'm glad I waited. The care looks great. It's hard to really fault the dealership for this, but I will mention that it did take a while to work through the financing department. But this is because when my car arrived it was Black Friday (clearly not a good day for anyone in the retail business). I understood and it was a day I thankfully had off so I waited for a while. But my dealer James kept checking in with me to let me know what was happening and sat with me towards the end which helped me realize that he was doing all he could and wasn't able to speed up the finance portion. Being one of James' first car deals, and it being a somewhat complicated dealer swap, I can definitely say that I would refer people to go to James for car purchases. I know that if he's still around when I need the next Jeep I'll be giving James a call.
