I was very skeptical about buying a used car from any dealership. There are so many horror stories online that it is hard not to be. However these guys were great. Chris was so patient with us and never pushy. We were looking at a Ford Explorer first but ended up getting a 3 series BMW. We pretty much looked at every car he had. Chris took his time with us and we agreed on the BMW. He arranged financing on the car ( we ended up not taking it ) and looking into insurance options for us. Also he takes care of your plates and registration right there in the office. I have had the car for a month now and I honestly couldn't be happier. We have taking long trips to Boston and back and never any issues. I do feel that even if there was an issue we could just take it to them and he would work it out with us. I could t recommend them enough if your looking for a used car.

I went to major auto show about a week ago, and test drove the Volvo S 40. Wow!!! What a smooth ride!!! I didn't have enough money to buy it right there. Chris, the owner was very helpful and patient with me. We made a deal to hold the car for me with no down payment for a week, and he did. I picked up the car yesterday, and I love it. !!! The car rides like new, and literally the best price I could find. Thank you major auto show for putting a smile on my face.

While searching for a used wagon I stumbled upon a mint Audi A3 at Major Auto. Oh a whim I called the shop, at 930 pm, to see if the car was still available. I was stunned when cCris answered, and he provided me all the details I needed. I called the next day and easily placed a deposit on the vehicle. A few days later I stopped by Major Auto, completed some paper work, and was out the door in under an hour. Chris and Billy were super helpful, very friendly and took great care of me. I would easily suggest this dealer and would go back again if need be. Thanks for a great transaction!

I visited major auto show two weeks ago for getting service on my Infiniti G35, and I asked Chris , the owner for 2010 Gl 450 . Within a week Chris was able to find me the car. I got a 2012 Gl 450 for the prize of 2010! I'm so happy!!!! Thank you Chris.

Best experience I ever had buying a car. I went into this with a 518 credit score and a small down payment and was approved for financing with in 30 minutes. Sales team was great and understood exactly what I was looking for. There was no pressure to buy. They seemed genuinely willing to help with my situation. I am very happy with the experience. I highly recommend this place especialy if you were turned down for financing by another dealer. Ask for Billy or Chris.

They guys there were very helpful and nice. It's like that actually wanted us to buy the car. We've been looking for a few weeks and most dealers were making it difficult - not returning calls and not being cooperative. It's a small operation and more personal than the larger used car dealers. My wife spoke with Sergio and he told us when the owner, Chris comes in we could schedule a test drive. We looked at the car, which needed some minor work and decided to think about it because it didn't have a key feature we wanted, but the price was decent. We ended up getting a different car elsewhere, but the initial experience was pleasant.
