Great deal on Used ar

I shopped for a used CRV from Lima to Beavercreek. I found the best deal at Platinum in Minster. I dealt with Mike and Adam. Both were great to work with. They never pressured me to purchase. They were able to answer all the questions concerning the CRV on their lot , and I never felt pressured to buy. I would work with either again without question. My purchase at Platinum was the best used car experience I have had and I and will purchase there again.

Great Experience..

Friendly and detailed

Dealership worked me in for an oil change (without an apt.) What I was most impressed by, was how friendly the staff was and very informative about my car without being pushy. This is a great service department. Quality work, know-how and friendliness. Will definitely be back

Didn't come through for us

Tried to ask a few questions pertaining to a truck they had on their lot. Truck checked all the boxes for us just wanted to clear up a few questions we had as we were going to be making a 3hour drive one way. This is exactly where they suddenly stopped trying and basically didn't answer any of our questions. Salesman seemed to be avoiding answering the few basic questions we had and just said well it's priced low!??? What? Not one question we had was involving pricing..... Lost us with that one. Based off the other reviews it seems they are much better in person. Just our limited experience.

Excellent deal and buying experience

I drove 950 miles to purchase a 2013 F250 diesel pick up. I had talked with Mike Z several times over a couple of weeks and he was very thorough and courteous with all our communications. When I arrived at Dayton Airport to drop off a rental cal they had a driver waiting to pick me up and take me to their dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and welcomed by several staff members. The entire process from test driving the truck, going over the features on it and doing the paperwork took less than 1 hour. The hospitality was excellent. They answered all my questions so there were no surprises. And the best part of all was how extremely happy I was with the truck. It was like new and i got it for a great price. Mike followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions or issues. It was well worth the ride and time.

A Diamond in the Rough

We also drove two hours to find the right truck and it was worth it. John Bruns and Adam Kremer were so easy to work with, didn't twist your arm or try to sell me on anything the truck wasn't and was quick to address my questions with a reasonable solution. Other staff took the time to talk to us and treat our kids awesome. Will make it a point to make the drive for the next vehicle.

Would buy here again

Worth the trip! Brought a used car from them and was amazed that they had really inspected it and told the truth. Drove from Kansas City on a whim and it paid off.

Great Customer Service - Dependable Dealership

We have taken our vehicles to Platinum to be serviced ever since they opened and have only had the best care. They are quick to diagnose problems and are always helpful in explaining and resolving issues. We also purchased an SUV from them and worked with Adam. He was very accommodating, courteous and fair. Their prices are great and their service department is just as wonderful. No complaints. We look forward to continuing to use Platinum for years to come.
