Purchased a 2012 Suburban. Salesman was great. Finance manager Paul Lambart charged more on contract than price listed on web-site. Beware, I would not recommend him. Tried a few other things but caught him on those also.

Vehicles are listed online on dealership website, car guru, and cars.com with many more options than reality to get people to come in and get better “deal” score ratings on these websites. Be aware, damages are not pictured, packages are listed incorrectly (even on the window sticker at the dealership), and your sales person will try to expand your budget to get a vehicle from them that matches the online version of the vehicle you’re coming to see (not brand or drivetrain though) I drove from Fort Worth to Texarkana to look at a vehicle, submitted a credit check, and had the whole process done. Get there and the vehicle I was looking at had no sunroof option, no adaptive cruise, broke door handle, backup camera failing, and a reverse sensors failing. All options are still listed on their website for this truck (2018 King ranch) and all damages are still not advertised and none of these problems were mentioned to me at any point before or during the 3 hour drive to the dealership, despite constant communication with the dealership trying to make the deal as “Hassle free” as possible I wasn’t even going to leave this review, but I went to check on if the options were taken down so no one else would have this issue. And guess what, still there. It’s shameless

I met with Brad and he helped me so much! He was so personable and even gave life tips during the test drive! The shopping experience was so easy thanks to him! I was there for a couple of hours and left with the perfect car! Dallas in finance got my payments below what was expected. He was amazing! If I ever need another car, I know exactly where to go! He was very knowledgeable af the Accord and answered all the questions I had. The sales manager, Steve Lucas, was very helpful in closing the deal. I had mentioned that I had lost my wedding ring a couple weeks back and to keep an eye out for it in my Pilot. Even though I had looked several times, 3 of the Orr employees searched it again. Although they didnt find it, they tried. I've only had my accord for a day, but so far, I love it.
