Worth the drive.

My second Mazda from the same dealer. I live in Virginia but I get much better prices here. No haggling making it a pleasant experience. Tom Baker was very helpful always getting back to me when he said he would.

Fantastic Customer Service

If you are on the market for a new car, Dee is your man. He listened carefully to what I had to say and what I was looking for, and he made sure that I got the best deal possible. His manager, Cameron, and the Finance Manager, Paapa also made sure that the process was as smooth as possible. Overall this was my best car buying experience to date. I highly recommend Dee and the team at Fitzgeral Mazda of Annapolis for top notch service.

Best Customer Service

I purchased my new 2022 Mazda3 through this location and their customer service was top notch. I was in an accident that totaled my car so this wasn't exactly a purchase that was exciting, it was more stressful. My wife helped me with the process and between this location and another dealership it was a no brainer to go with them after we experienced how kind and sweet these gentlemen were. Tom Baker won my wife over while she was trying to make negotiations and get the best offer for us with his kindness and honesty. Jeff the general manager jumped in to help give us even better deals! Paapa helped us with the contract and such and he was such a pleasure to work with. Overall everyone was very nice and kind. For more background- the dealership that Annapolis Mazda Fitzgerald was competing with actually gave me a lower monthly payment but due to the customer service this place was worth the few extra dollars. My wife and I won't forget the amazing customer service that we experienced. This business wasn't just trying to pressure us into a deal, they took their time and made this process stress free. Thank you again to the Mazda at Fitzgerald of Annapolis! If you are looking for good deals and top customer service then I 100% recommend coming here.

Wonderful experience - ask for Dee!

We recently purchased (reserve order with deposit) a new Mazda CX-30 CE 2022. Devin (Dee) Gidwani was our sales representative. He was outstanding, constant communication with updates on the order; was pleasant, helpful, honest and most importantly - trustworthy. Could not recommend Dee more highly, if you are looking for a new car - you must call him. His sales manager was equally impressive - his name was Pa-pa and was also terrific (professional, trustworthy and honest). Both gentlemen made the experience what it should - fun and exciting - thank you both!

Very good experience.

Tom, the sales representative was extremely pleasant to work with. We had some difficult in setting up some of the technology but he made sure we got it done. Only one thing I feel should be different, the navigation chip should have been included in the car price.

Mazda CX 9 & CX5

We bought 2 Mazda’s 1 used and 1 new and we’re very happy with the excellent customer service from everyone we dealt with. Chris Watson was our salesman and did a great job communicating with us thru the whole process.He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership. Cameron Christian was great to work with in Finance.

Don't Buy a Used Car Here!

Don't buy a used car here! My wife and I bought a car for our daughter. The price was reasonable and the multi-point inspections were all excellent - all green. Less than 4,500 miles later we had an issue with the a/c. My daughter took it in for an assessment. The service team said the front brakes were completely shot and the rear brakes were not safe either. They said the car needed $3,300 work done. After our multiple complaints, the service person then showed us their Maryland Inspection Document from another Fitz dealer showing the brakes were barely passable. Of course, to sell the car they had presented their Fitz Multi-Point ALL GREEN inspections with the brakes fine. Service told us to talk to our salesperson. Our salesperson said he couldn't do anything (didn't seem surprised either) but finally told us to call his manager. His manager was never available so I left several messages. The manager refuses to return a call and continues to screen calls. I have purchased several cars here in the past and had them serviced here as well. NEVER AGAIN. These guys give used car dealers a bad name.

Superb Car salesman! Great dealership!

My car buying experience was beyond superb. I walked in to the dealership and the first face I saw was Dee. He is awesome, very kind, knowledgeable, and persistent…. NOT PUSHY. He made sure he informed me of everything during this car buying process! PLEASE PLEASE ask for Dee so he can get you in your dream car like he did for me!!! (Dee Gidwani), but just call him Dee! Thanks again!
