Julian, relates to the customer.

Julian, relates to the customer. He is very diligent in helping a customer get a vehicle that is satisfactory and it won't financially drain you. Possesses a strong positive vibe which helps to remove the stress of buying a car. He changed my view on car salesmen. Julian is clear, upfront, informative, knowledgeable and patient. Respect.

James was kind enough to help us on our visit to

James was kind enough to help us on our visit to Annapolis from VA. I had reached out to the dealership about a specific car and connected with Joeanna. She had to be out on the only day we could get to to the dealership, so she asked her colleague James to work with. James was polite and greeted us as we arrived, had the car parked at the door, and a was ready to go. Having owned 2 Mazdas, we just needed to test drive the vehicle to make our decision. It was what I wanted, but my husband had a couple questions. James met with the maintenance supervisor to verify the Carfax info matched his inspection or to provide the records. James was very patient in coordinating his manager approval for our deal, the service techs records on the car, and getting us to Armando in due time. All in all, we were glad Joeanna chose to have us work with James since she couldn't be there. Good teamwork for Fitz!
