Auto Express

Used to be a smaller, more personal place to buy used cars. Last year that all changed when we went to buy our 3rd vehicle. Now they don't even show prices online and try to match people to vehicles by payment. Has turned into another shady, profit machine

I had a great experience at Auto Experess. From the moment you walk in the door they made me feel right at home. I didn't feel pressured and the environment felt very relaxed. The salesman did everything he could to facilitate my needs. I even got the car at a lower price then what it was listed. The service was also great, when i needed new tires for my Dodge Charger, they also helped me with that as well. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I just purchased my second Fiat from Auto Express. The customer service was superior once again. I worked with Justin Sutton and he was kind, honest, straight forward and didn't play the typical "salesman game." He went above and beyond to make my experience the best possible. The entire team of professionals were great to work with. Tim, the finance manager worked very hard to accomodate me in every way and is continuing to work on getting me the best interest rate possible. I would recommend anyone who is interested in a new or used vehicle go and ask for Justin Sutton. I know when I am ready for another vehicle he will be the first I contact.

I thought surely I'd be turned down for a vehicle but I got just the one I wanted. Trandan was a tremendous amount of help.

They were quick on getting us a car. They helped so much when it came to that. But they sold us a car with so many problems and they fought us on getting are car fixed. When they went to fix our car they locked it up and refused us a rental car. I will not be doing business threw them again.

Fantastic service, walked in and had a car in under 3 hours. I'm a service man and just moved here and they took care of me. Walked through every step with me and made sure I had everything I needed. Than a week later due to a battery error they took care of repairs and took care of a simple mistake with no hassles.
